However, if you committed multiple similar crimes, and be only tried for one, you can be tried for others.
Taking the covering of OJ, for example, he was charged next to, tried for, and acquitted of, murder. He can never be charged near that crime again, even if he confesses and supplies all the evidence himself.
But he could be charged near different, yet similar charges, such as Deprivation of Liberty or some such entry. But it's harder to apply it to a case where on earth another charge is more specific, but no longer applicalbe. And it wouldn't carry as severe a cost.

Answers: I believe you would need to contact your local child support department. Their job is rob care of things that are related to child support. I know that within MN, if a guy doesn't pay child support, his driver's license can be revoked or he can do detain time.
In Michigan, his wages can be with-held, a court order can be drawn thru the 'friend of the court' FOC (here) he will receive a show explanation effect and within another several months, he will receive another one, on the third he 'Must" appear contained by court or a 'bench warrant' for his arrest will be issued.
Contact your local 'legal aid', county court system, FOC, they will direct you where on earth you need to progress. Even if it takes a 'lawful aid' attorney (very inexpensive) to help you, it is worth it.
A lot of treatise work and some time, but in the close it pays.

if you enjoy the court papers that indicate he is to pay childsupport, next you can garnish wages if you can locate an employer through a setting check...you can also work with the IRS and CA Franchise Tax Board to frills any refunds he may ever win.
BUT again...you must have the Child Support Order.

If you lived in this state you would simply get your license spinal column with a breahalyzer interlock that prevents you from starting the sports car if you have be drinking. If they don't have them contained by your state they should.

WA child support laws?
I own been dating a 35 y/o woman for a month. I am a 27 y/0 man. She is a single mom and have a 7 y/o girl. Her child is coming from a summer camp and she requests me to come to her place and watch TV next to the kid, go to the movies beside her and the kid and do other stuff together with her kid. My give somebody the third degree is: what are the child support laws surrounded by the Washington state for a case similar to mine. I mean, how much time should I spend near the kid to be qualified for child support? If we go to the movies, I might repay for the child's ticket and popcorn etc, so another question is: how much money should I spend on the kid earlier my girfriend becomes accustomed to my support of her child to qualify for my support of her till her kid become 18 y/0?Answers: I hope you aren't serious. Ummm if you are, then something is not right beside you my dear. You in no passageway qualify for child support. I have no clue why you would dream up you would. If you don't feel comfortable paying for your girlfriends daughter consequently don't, and ask her for the money.
