What do you think is the common sense why school's rules and regulations are very strict? specially within college.?
Answers: So you learn that at hand is just an extra magic hoop to bound thru before you get hold of to learn how to break law legally.
Such as?
I work surrounded by a university setting and most of the time we are simply asking students to follow the law.
You own to give a specific example.
The first college I attended be an all-female Catholic college. Men were unacceptable in the dorms after 9 pm. If you lived contained by the college apartments, men could be there 24 hours a hours of daylight, but no sleeping could occur while the mannish was in attendance. No joke. Obviously it be the school's religious background that be the reason for these rules.
It is adjectives relative to what you consider strict.
The fact is that here are a lot of pretty babyish and inexperienced people at a college or university and the conservatory accepts a clear in your mind amount of responsibility for their safety and well-being.
Maybe things are more strict very soon than when I went to college. I know that when students obtain hurt or killed doing stupid things, the university normally gets sued by parents for allowing things to travel on. Maybe that has made things more strict.
How can OJ "steal" property that BELONGS TO HIM??
I have never contained by my life see a more bigoted racist police department than the Las Vegas PD. OJ "stole" his own property and they arrested him...If OJ were white the police wouldn't even own been call. This is RACISM pure and simple.
Answers: what the police do not like is the mode he went in the region of it, their is no self help vigilantly equality in our system, OJ should own used legal mode to gain control of his property not his own means
My bet is that the stuff be under the table so not to be exposed to occupation by the Goldman's judgment , thus why OJ did not bring surrounded by the cops
well suppose someone stole your motor, and you reported the thief to the police, and and in the future you happen to see your motor parked somewhere, -what would you do? you would get into the saloon and drive it home? or you would call the police to detail
them first?) in this baggage its the ownership of the items in query
OJ should have contact a court or an attorney or the police
dept describing them of his "discovery" and asking for help contained by
retrieving his items.. that way he would be on the safer side
First of adjectives, he broke in and took it at gunpoint. So, minus regard to whether it belonged to him, his method for how to take it back be illegal. For his stuff, he should hold pursued legal vehicle to recover the property.
Second of adjectives, and this was clear from the mobile phone message he left, he took more than what might enjoy belonged to him.
All in adjectives, it sounds to me like "armed robbery" when you break within to someones residence with a gun to steal what does not belong to you.
The fact that it have his name on it doesn't silver the fact that he stole it.
Does anyone know , is a hand written will recognizded as human being legal by the courts within the state of Indiana?
Answers: Do a video tape, be sure to data the date and why you are choosing to do a will, if you choose to do a written will have it notarized! And if realistic have a friend or clergy character witness it. The problem with a non endorsed will is they can be fought a lot easier, so be sure to do the research and cover adjectives subjects. You may also want to consider adding a living will along next to it. Which ever way you do it, be sure to brand copies and put them in envelopes not to be open until your death, and make a contribution them to friends or family member that you can trust.
There is a chance if the will is noterized and the personality was of sane mind when it be signed

Which of my parents is correct, or if neither is, what is the decree, and what are its restrictions.Answers: Child Custody: When minor children are involved in a divorce, the Kansas courts will do everything possible to relief lessen the emotional trauma the children may be experiencing. If the parents cannot come to an agreement concerning the issues involving the children, the court will establish the custody order at its discretion.
The court shall determine custody or residency of a child contained by accordance with the best interests of the child.
If the party have enter into a parenting plan, it shall be presumed that the agreement is in the best interests of the child. This presumption may be overcome and the court may take home a different order if the court make specific findings of fact stating why the agreed parenting plan is not surrounded by the best interests of the child.
In determining the issue of child custody, residency and parenting time, the court shall consider all relevant factor, including but not limited to: (i) The length of time that the child have been underneath the actual care and control of any individual other than a parent and the circumstances relating thereto; (ii) the desires of the child's parents as to custody or residency; (iii) the desires of the child as to the child's custody or residency; (iv) the interaction and interrelationship of the child near parents, siblings and any other person who may significantly affect the child's best interests; (v) the child's adjustment to the child's home, academy and community; (vi) the willingness and aptitude of each parent to respect and appreciate the bond between the child and the other parent and to allow for a continuing relationship between the child and the other parent; and (vii) evidence of spousal verbal abuse.
Neither parent shall be considered to have a vested interest within the custody or residency of any child as against the other parent, regardless of the age of the child, and there shall be no presumption that it is surrounded by the best interests of any infant or young child to administer custody or residency to the mother. (Kansas Statutes - Chapter 60 - Article 16 - Subject: 1610)
I'm guessing that the court may ask you whom you'd prefer to live with the majority of the time and lift that into consideration when the court decides custody.
