Ok I was at Wal-Mart similar to an 30 minutes ago and i saw these Islamic, Musim, they were of that see. There as about ten of them getting travel phones. Like constantly over and over again two at a time. So me an my mom were close to "Theres somehing goig on here". So we start like following them not individual suspicious or anything and they were adjectives getting Go Phones.So me and my mom are like going out the door trying to pick them out and find in that car. So we drove chronological there saloon and got partially there license plate. Then we drive to the other side and stir inside and there again be that guy having Go Phones surrounded by his hands. So we follow him out the door.
Then as he walkes across the road. And after we see that guy that we got partly the license plate so we got the wife. Then we start seeing then getting more and more phones. It be really wierd and quite terrifying. So we talk to this CMS guy I guess he's the controller of Customer service hes says he'll look into it. So we vanished finally.
Answers: i know drug dealers usually use these phones because they do not want a contract to sign, a phone company or anyone will not know who the user is, and especially the history. but mainly the reaon is, so conversations cannot be tracked down, and they can be smoothly thrown away. those phones can be used by phone cards.
i would find this quite suspicious, and report this to the police.
however, i used to put on the market these phones and phone cards. mostly a lot of immigrant use these phones only so they don't enjoy to hassle (can't speak english well) with going into a phone store such as verizon and tmobile to sign a contract.

CA - When Bail Bond Company asks courts to vacate/forfeiture/exonerate bond, what does that mean to party?
I took out a bail bond for my husbands release from being arrested.
