I may be crazy but i hear something about california decree that if u are arrested 3 times u have to shift to jail for duration? anything like this try? if so please make available a reference.Answers: Wouldn't surprise me. This country have become a Police State.
America 1977 vs. 2007

But to answer your question in the region of "arrested 3 times", Califorina has an infamous "Three Strikes Law" that mandate a life sentence minus parole upon conviction of a third felony.
Even though the time from the first two felonies have been served, punishment is added to the 3rd because of the existence to the prior two. So, arguably, this is a double jeopardy scenario.
Also, if a prior felon commits a misdemeanor offense, the existence of the prior felony can warrant trumping up the misdemeanor to a felony, and hence a third strike mandating a existence sentence.
There are a few cases of where this ridiculous allowed reasoning was applied. A guy get a life sentence for stealing a slice of pizza, while another get life for nouns some golf clubs.

You are thinking of the "3 strikes" statute, erroneously described above. That law say that if you have two prior SERIOUS or VIOLENT felony CONVICTIONS (which are long list statutorily defined), a third FELONY conviction can result in a sentence of 25 years to enthusiasm. (Penal Code section 667.) The current felony does NOT own to be a serious or violent felony, but both of the prior convictions particularly DO have to be serious or unruly felonies.
ADD: re comment above--if you read my post, I say-so the prior felonies own to be "serious or violent" felonies, which is what the directive requires. A prior version of a prior post have said that any felony could qualifiy, but that post was apparently amended after my response be made.
The United States has more individuals in prison than anywhere else contained by the world. They lock people up for the smallest things and criminalise universal citizens. Just recently they arrested a 70 year aged grandmother with chains for failing to water her garden. The police roughed her up and she be left bleeding and bruised. I've simply watched the Montel Williams articulate show on children being bullied. Two months ago I made the verdict to take my child out of public college and home school her. She be also bullied. I'd gone to the school board and principal and adjectives they could tell me be that they could release my child from her classes five minutes early for her subsequent classes or the bus. I've spoken to the mother and all that I be told was that she be praying for her child to do better. I told her that her child needed help beforehand she ended up contained by jail. This happen after I'd given a birthday party for my daughter and my daughter have ask another friend to leave for anyone rude to her other guest. The bully wanted to hit my child up for kicking her friend out of the party. My daughter doesn't miss public institution and will graduate next year in good time. The police or the school system be of no help.Answers: This is a struggle my parents go through when my brothers and I were childlike (we're in our twenties now). I can remember one instance where on earth my brother was knock to the floor and kicked around including his head. My parents completed up taking the kids and their families to juvie court and I believe they be sent to a nearby 'correctional arts school.' Our school have done nothing to address the situation and my parents finally granted it had gone too far.

When I was younger and within school I be bullied often. The problem be most of the school be African American and I was one of the few whites. I be harassed a moment ago walking down the hall. Whenever I would uphold myself I was the one who would be removed from class, or suspended. Finally they kicked ME out for warfare. My mother hired a private tutor and it was the best piece in the long run. I well-read more from that one teacher than any other professor in the entire arts school. I was also free to finally focus on the institution work and not the people sitting down spitting spit wads surrounded by my hair.
I conjecture the public school system is more give or take a few housing children, rather than edification. The teachers hold zero control, and carry zero respect from the kids. It's a free for adjectives, a mess. The school with the sole purpose worries about what is P.C. In my grip, instead of suspending several African American kids for being racist ( which would lead to a scene). It was much easier to suspend one white girl for one disruptive.

My mom was mortal treated for a torn rotators cuff , for months, went to the Emergency Room, on a Sunday, because the aching was excruciating, She have cancer, which had spread everywhere.
We took her posterior and forth for Kemo and a whole lot of other things that made what be left of her enthusiasm a living hell. for well over a year. No, we didn't sue, it wouldn't bring her stern , and money could not cover the pain or anguish that her ancestral suffered right along with her. If suing would assistance just one individual down the line to not enjoy to go through that next to a family contributor it might have be worth it, but It wouldn't .

Question about contracts?
Suppose a business go into contract with the rule AND suppose a store/outlet purchases federal/military surplus, what provisions might they need to include contained by the contract that might not be required in a typical consumer or commercial contract?There's one entry that I've come up with - Congress have to approve the surplus being purchased or exchanged, as far as military/federal surplus is concerened.
