Question for those who support the death cost?
How do you feel give or take a few the fact that the annihilation penalty have executed INNOCENT people. It is a certainty. Through DNA results, many who hold been executed past have be cleared of the crimes they were accuse of but it was too delayed. This could have be me or you. If a person is wrongly convicted of a crime (which happen a lot contained by this country) and there is no annihilation penalty, he or she will win a life sentence and hopefully be cleared during that time. And when he/she is cleared, I would expect a nice compensation check going to that personality. But death cost supporters have their own reason for their beliefs. I want to know how would you feel if you be wrongly convicted of a crime and sentenced to death? What would you do afterwards? Now answer this, how can you now prove correct the death cost knowing it has kill the innocent?Answers: That's the last point I want, for an innocent person to kill.

I instinctively believe the death cost is to easy for these race. Life in prison, within 23 hr a day lockdown, of late you and 4 walls.with no coincidence for parole, is a far worse punishment. If I killed somebody contained by my twenties, I think I would a bit die than sit in lock up for 60 or 70 years.
Speaking just for myself. Even if wrongly convicted I'll lug the short easy approach out! Prolonged incarceration, even under the best conditions would be far worse than destruction to me.
Even with cable TV, the best available vigour care, professional element weight rooms, a powerfully stocked library, and three good meal per day (steak 3 times per week, every week), and a melt comfortable cell to call home ... I'd still choose 5 minutes against a cold wall beside sharpshooters aiming at me.

Please cite the cases where innocence be proven after execution. While it may have happen, it has not be "many" cases. Of course, even one is too many, However, surrounded by some cases, the death cost is the appropriate punishment. With the improvements in technology, the probability of executing an innocent person turn down dramatically, so there is smaller number reason today to deny the death cost than in times past!

There be one piece of land that be willed by older lady to her daughter. There be another piece of land that aged lady will to her three sons. Lawyer screwed up, in that he get the deed to *both* properties transfered into the cross of the three sons.
Now, any money available for lawyers is gone, and the advocate the daughter used has moved away to a place unknown.
The daughter is severely poor, but quite proficient of following simple instructions to the letter.
How to fix this situation lacking using a lawyer? How to receive the piece of property in cross-examine put in her given name?

ADDRESSING YOUR EDIT: Without hiring a advocate? Would probably be too difficult for a lay person. I'm not an estate or probate atty. so I can't really supply you a definitive answer.
