I don't understand. If convicted, they singular get around 5-10 years within prison for such a horrible and disgusting crime. I'm very appalled that the senate would give such a short punishment for a crime of this personality when they give unlikely sentences for just more or less everything else. I basically got finished near a rape case and he get 20 years. Yes I believe that most of the offenders call for more punishment, But as someone else stated, there is single a certain amount of time to serve that regulation allows.
