Can ANYONE help me digit this out? Something so simple, yet i'm so confused lol HELP!?

In a contract, who is the promisor and who is the promisee? I am have a hard time figure this out. The case go that M made a contract with D, to buy D's home. The contract said time was of the essence. To construct a long story short, M didn't arrive on time, D declared the contract breached because of M's unsettled arrival, and M attempted to sue D for specific performance. I am not a canon major, and no i'm not doing homework; however, I own to know this case for a cause. Can anyone tell me, contained by this situation, who is the promisor and who is the promisee? It's confusing because both of the people involved within the contract made promises to one another right? So how do you know which is which? Thanks!

The influential aspect of Legislative, the elected officials breed the laws. This is the peoples first involvement. In proposition, the officials work for the culture and do what is best for them. If not, they get voted out of bureau. Although this seems to be an excellent impression, not enough family vote to make it fiesta. The laws usually favor special interest groups and groups next to paid lobbists.

There is a punishment for every crime and if those boys were so sulky by the noose article, they should have pressed charges against the boys who did it for a "loathe crime" rather than rout up a different boy. This is just plain rediculous...no wonder i don't similar to going to the south.
