I get three speeding tickets (15-20 over) in olden times three months. For the first two tickets, I paid them and pleaded guilty. I did that because I be ignorant of the seriousness of pleading guilty, and the seriousness of speeding. For the third ticket, I am waiting for a court date, and I hope to acquire court supervision. I need to avoid getting my license suspended, b/c my relatives depends on me for transportation, and I need to dance to school and work. What are the probability that I keep my license and am granted supervision (where i can progress to a drivers class)?? please help!!!! I live surrounded by Illinois.

Answers: As noted contained by other answers, the primary purpose of school is to train. How to read, how to write, how to think critically, how to do math, etc.

A arts school is not a public forum as such limitations on speech do not invade the Freedom of Speech. I think in certain confines students should be allowed to speak freely. Within the classroom, the speech should be confined to the subject human being taught and should conform to the rules of polite conversation.

Outside the classroom, and surrounded by extracurriculars, the rules should be less strict. However, rules of deep politeness and proper language (e.g. no profanity, no attempts to start a fray, etc.) should still apply.

I think that students should be capable of write about anything they please as long as it stimulates the mind. However (my hipocritacle side) it should be within faultless guidelines, such as foul language should be not here outside of class, or at the least should not be the attention of the class, as all right as pornographic material should be guided.

Such as a student shouldn't put foul vernacular in a speech or shouldn't write a "thrilling" story to share near the class...however I think that near should be some kind of canon about that contained by public, but then again after that the parliament might go overboard.
