What is Legal age in Prince Edward Island Canada for a entity to Adopt or foster a child?
There is a little boy who I grew attached to(I babysat him) and his mom lost custady twice and possibly will again surrounded by the future(not shure how she is doing anymore lost contact after she lost her kids and got them back) and I be wondering what age is legal age for me to adopt him and possible his brother, I know I don't own to worrie about his father getting them he go to jail for sexual assult(or is in that anyway for him to get them even beside this crime on his file?) I own not been surrounded by trouble with the police and plan on keeping it that path, he is 3 now and I am 15, ****I DO NOT WANT TO ADOPT HIM AT THIS AGE SO DON'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT I WANT TO ADOPT HIM WHEN I GET OLDER (reach lawful age to adopt)*********..thanksMuch love

Answers: Finish school first. Take parenting classes. Can you afford two children. It will be terrifically hard for you to foster the children. I know you are attached to them because you babysit. They will be better bad with parents who hold a stable life. If you love them you will tolerate them go and not even try to foster them. You are a child yourself, please hang about to have your own or foster children you own alot of growing up to do. 15 years old is hugely young.

Go to your child welfare agency.build it clear you are not trying to cause trouble, but are earnestly concerned. they will launch an investigation. And you must also remember, if the children are taken away...it is not what you did...a CFS agency would always approach the mother within this circumstance and say "hey until this is over, your man have to move out or we will have to give somebody a lift the children away" if she chooses her man over the kids...that is NOT your blemish.
This needs to be looked at by the proper agencies...these agencies promise with false information adjectives the time...they will know what to look for...
Think of it this way...which would you prefer:
1) You nickname the agency and an investigation is done...at the very worst the kids are removed and come live next to you...and nothing is found to be the issue.
2) You say nought and when the kid is 20 she says what in fact happened and how it messed her up and you touch responsible because you could have done something long ago..

My answer be about how some kids will variety up stories that they feel will spawn the other parent feel "better" and that frequent lives have be ruined by this...that what you should do is communicate with the mother in the region of what has be said by the little girl and also take the little girl to the hospital to enjoy a rape test done.

their logic will be this: why would you refuse any sort of sobriety examination unless you werent sober? if you were sober, later you would have taken the breathalyzer because it would simply prove that you are sober.

Ever thrown a wobbler (feigned outrage) to get what you want from your boss. How did you do it and did it work?Answers: I would not blame anyone for doing this. However, it can draw from you in trouble. I told my boss what I thought going on for some of the practices in the department where on earth I work, and I am still suffering now because of it. To spite me, administration got vastly particular give or take a few certain matter, they looked for things to find wrong.

I thought court cases be public record (free) but I cant come across to FIND anything. I need to find out almost a child support case contained by another state?
