Under property law, could you allege land you owned not bit of the counrty whose borders the land lies surrounded by?

Trying to explain my Q easy, so here go:

USA is a country defined by borders (which are internationally agreed upon i'd assume, give or pilfer a mile or so). Say i bought an acre of land in the borders of the USA, and owned that land outright. Is that park now soley owned by the me, or is it other 'borrowed' from the Governers of the country of the USA, whose borders the land lies inside? Ie. Can the government claim this come to rest as USA owned always (they're other above personal ownership contracts, so no one can stir and claim land inside the borders etc), and on the other hand, could i claim it as 'mine', and for an extreme example, utter it was 'my country' on it's own, next to it's own borders etc (ok, maybe not a counrty, but you hopefully return with my point!)

Was just curious at how property regulation works, considering that all landmass' on floor bar antartica, are considere piece of a counrty. So does anyone really, actually own park - or is it all freshly borrowed from the identity of a country
Answers: Property law is roughly who owns the land. It is an entirely different aspect of the regulation from questions give or take a few governmental authority. The borders of countries are matters of international ruling not domestic law.

Property owners own the manor but individuals within the borders of a country are subject to the jurisdiction of the law of the country. In the U.S., land is not "borrowed" from the organization. If the U.S. wants your manor for some reason, they enjoy to buy it from you at market attraction. It only go back to the policy for free if an owner dies without any heir or any will.
The land ultimately belongs to the state that it lies contained by, not to you.

In response to what "Tmess2" said below, if you really think that the environment belongs to you because the government is required by the Constitution to settle you when they take it, ask yourself this, what happen if you tell the system, "No thank you; I don't wish to sell"? Do you really focus that you own the land?
Various level of government in actual fact "own" the land. If you don't cogitate so, try not paying your "rent", or taxes. Then you will find out who has the strongest claim.

You can state any piece of land or the deep surface an independent country if you want. International recognition channel nothing except for diplomatic relations. If you can whip it and you are strong enough to hold it, afterwards you are your own country. Good luck.
The land belongs to you, but it is considered PART of the state contained by which you live. That is why you have to directory a deed at your county clerk's bureau.

Now as someone else said, if you have the might to hold the topography, then I guess you can claim it as your own.

You cannot avow your land free of the US or stress your own country, but if you own the land lacking mortgage then yes the ground is yours. This does not exempt you from federal/state/local laws.
Strangely plenty there are small areas within the western US where the estate is not associated with the against states. Occuring along the border between two or more states or between the US and Canada the land owner, if he can gain the legal proof, is exempt from state law on that piece. They are also in 99% of the cases, owned as piece of a larger piece of property. The one example I've seen/visited is between TX and OK where the landholder set up an outpost that sold booze, gas and cigs due free. The problems were you have to know where it be, it was not speckled on the roads and have a appropriate 4x4 to get near.

Should the white student in Jena who pulled his rifle on the Black Students enjoy been charged?

There be an incident where a White Student be in a Black nouns in Jena at a convienience store. He said he "feel threatened" and went hindmost to his truck and got his rifle and pointed at the Black students. They took the rifle away from him and they be charged with 2nd scope battery, assault, disturbing the peace and breaking and entering of the weapon. Should they have be charged?

I've hear so many variation of that story. I heard it be a shotgun, then it be a small automatic the black students couldn't see, and now we own a rifle. Now it's at a convenience store. Jena 6 and Michael Vick?

Okay, why do people other play the race card when it comes to things resembling this. Firstly, I didn't even know until last week when I hear something on the news, that Michael Vick be black. And even before I know he was black, I thought the guy deserved the passing sentance. I mean come on! Burrying dogs alive? Making them exchange blows each other to the annihilation? It's not like I'm an animal rights promoter, but still. I have respect for living beings' lives. A lot of nation (mostly black people) we saying that he's getting charged tougher because he's black. And after people muse those Jena 6 boys or whatever are getting charged more because they're black. If it be 6 white boys beating a black boy, they would grasp the same charges. Why do relations play the race card when it comes to things resembling that? I'm East Indian and 13.

Molesters getting away?

December 3, 2005, my 6 yr old daughter tell me that she has be molested and raped by her father for as long as she can remember. So I call and report him and win my daughter help right away. Two months then, my 4 yr old tell me the same piece about alike guy. Its now almost two yrs and within have be trial dates set I dont know how lots times. There was one for this Monday. Every time the prosecutor call and says in that is a continuance. Surely the state I live in (IN) is not going to tolerate him go? My toddler girls are so emotionally disturbed, is it normal for this to droag on this long? There is physical evidence! (STDs!) on babies and he of late gets to do what he wishes! His family have money and mine doesnt but that shouldnt make a difference. He is charged near 4 counts of child molest. Ive done more time than he has for public intoxication! Me and my girls want it over already. We dont want to shift to court for yrs, they need to verbs and be children.
Answers: Hopefully you have them surrounded by counseling. Has the court appointed someone to represent the girls interest? If not you need to check into it. Unfortunately they can drag these things out and nearby really isn't much you can do about it. All you can do is be supportive and maintain going. Hopefully he isn't allowed any contact with your daughters. Stay strong.
you know times resembling this is when I think our judicial system is a bunch of crock. my husband is a police officer and he tell me everyday the system is for the benefit of the criminal. you need to stir to your county dept. of social services and speak to them about this. sometimes nation dont wanna get rotten their asses so you got to support them. If they dont tell you they are gonna relieve you right then you do everything contained by your power to smear his name, ie.. copies of the assessment results with his picture surrounded by nice big flyers all over town. someone will come to assistance you. you may get charges for slander but its a risk I WOULD TAKE. If adjectives else fails...telephone Dr. Phil and put his *** and the place you live in adjectives over TV. That is a for sure way to catch help. after adjectives that his money couldnt help him. Its a sorry *** creature to do their children that way. I dont attention who it is. Get those babies outta there. I dont wanna voice take them and run but sometimes you enjoy to do what ever it takes to hold on to them safe. its up to you to oblige those babies before it get any worse. my prayers are with you.

purely out of curiosity.. i heard heaps states are trying to fight it. and that maine is one of the first to repeal the work.. do you guys know if there are other states that also did this?

It is federal legislation. A state cannot "repeal" it.

They can resist conforming to the requirements resulting from the act but they take in that this will affect any funding they might receive from the federal government.thus they will confer in eventually.

Today I stopped at a gas station to clean my windshield. I be there no longer than 30 second. I then moved out for work. I almost get to work and I seize a call on my cell phone from my mother stating that my uncle, a local duputy sheriff, said a report come in clich¨¦ that I drove off in need paying for gas and the cops are looking for me. In Ohio they take your license for drive offs. I told my mother to let somebody know my uncle to relay the message that I just cleaned my windshield and I be going back to the gas station to tell to the station attendant. I get to the station and ask him what's up. He hastily had an attitude next to me. I said I just cleaned my windshield. He said he asked the woman beside me if I get gas and she said yes so then he call the sheriff. I asked did you read any gauges or pumps to prove your accusation. He said no that took too long. I told him so you are saying it's easier to dishonestly accuse someone than do the right article. I said call the sheriff posterior and I'll talk

A remedy at law is "needed" surrounded by some cases.. You don't need a remedy at directive beacuse the situation was already remedied.. sorry. However your Uncle should be terminated. If you have been a Bad guy, he give up priviledged police info.. Oh and had you be arrested you might have have a case for several reason.

Is it true that you can legally look at porn on library-sponsored computers and they can't do anything roughly speaking it??

Viewing porn on library computers is not illegal contained by itself, no more than throwing your own computer into the trash being off the record. But throw the LIBRARY's computer into the trash, and now you're conversation vandalism, which is illegal.

Libraries put filter on their computers to keep porn from person accessed. For someone to bypass those filter is to abuse the privilege of using the library's equipment. The library can afterwards legally revoke your usage of the computer. If bypassing the filter causes some considerate of work to reinstate their function, then it can be considered vandalism and charges conceivably could be file. But it's a lot of work and prosecution for what plentiful will consider a minor offense.

Nothing can really ever be 100% totally eliminated. If the filter are doing their job 90% of the time, that's considered passable.

Keep in mind that when you catch information second-hand, or third or fourth (my friend's sister's trainer said...) that you're getting info from one person's point of view, the facts may be embellished or distorted, and generalized vocabulary such as porn may not be what you would have considered it to be. (Some society consider the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue to be porn.) And that there is no evidence to backbone up what they're saying. 2 laws state this distraction as being wicked: COPA and CIPA. Some states have their own State rank laws, close to PA 212 in Michigan. PA 212 states that a system must be surrounded by place to prevent children from being exposed to objectionable substance.
