Can the Dept. of Human Services include Agent Orange compensation as income for medicaid n FIP purposes?

My bro is a disabled Viet-Nam vet who receives compensation from the VA for Agent Orange-related disease. I involve to kno if this income can b included as income when his DHS worker determines his income for Medicaid n Food Stamp purposes. I kno that Housing Commision can't include it as income n the child support people can't touch it any. So, why should the DHS b able to include it as member of his income? Any help beside this question would be greatly appreciated.
Answers: I am not aware they do that.

Call the DHS and see what they say aloud.

Need help or direction on a small claim -civil case?

i necessitate to know what to do and where to start..
i be living with my girlfriends parents within may and i had a couch and a tv and they offered to allow me to preserve them there within the garage until me and my gf could get an apartment together..economically in june they asked me to move off the house and i moved back within with my nearest and dearest but they continued to allow me to keep my belonging here in july me and my gf moved to chicago for two months and when we come back to florida i found out that her parents have given away my couch and tv and said if we needed couches we would have to buy untried ones..what i want out of this is my couch and tv back or some loving of compensation is that possible and what would i need to capture that thanks
Answers: The time and money spent on this would be a no win scenario surrounded by my opinion. Move on. Use the court costs and the time spent on a foreign sofa and tv. Time is also money and the time spent on this venture will surely not salary off contained by the long run. You will create only a messier situation within doing so.
Good luck on your lifes lessons, you own just well-educated another valuable one.
IMO the couch and tv are not worht the doomed to failure blood you would create by making claims.

That said, if you want your money back from them in recent times file a small claims suit.
Yes -- you can sue them for the cost of replacing the couch and TV.

When they said you could store the property -- they created what the directive calls "bailment" -- the property be effectively held in trust for you. When they disposed of your property, that be "conversion" -- and you can sue for the cost of replacement.

Minor mom!!!?

i am 17 and have have a baby and i want to know if i can move within with the babys father?
Answers: You own the legal power to build decisions for your child until the child is 18, and your parents enjoy the legal power to do duplicate. If you leave previously you turn 18, your parents can file runaway charges and you will be returned home to them.

Just keep on until you are 18, then move contained by with him.

Meanwhile, be in motion ahead and file child support and paternity papers against your boyfriend. I know, I know, you plan to be together forever. That's great. When you two get hold of married or move in together, any child support he is ordered to settle will stay in your household. Just surrounded by case, however, it's easier to grasp everything take watchfulness of while you two are getting along. If you wait until you might break-up, it'll be a harsher experience for adjectives involved.
Well, your parents couldn't stop you from making your first bad ruling, it's unlikely they can prevent #2.

Good luck with that.
Pheonix Quill, I imagine is being a moment or two harsh. Having a babe isnt a bad outcome and moving in near the father isnt a bad edict either. I am going to own a baby when i turn 18 and the father lives beside me. It isnt a bad outcome but a great one i think. Move within with the father and hold on to the family together within one piece instead of haveing a family of father for a weekend.

How can I find out adoption laws contained by my state? Is there a channel to find where an adopt child went?

My sister lost her son to the state. She in reality lost him twice. Got him back once, lost him again, after started to get him put a bet on & something happened that made the state strip her rights to him. She be keeping in touch w/the nearest and dearest that had him (when she be trying to get him hindmost the 2nd time). They told her they were thinking of adopt him, but he has ADHD & they said they weren't sure if they could switch him or not. Then she ended up losing her rights (it be all over little stupid things. Some race can do anything w/their kids & never lose them, but some people can sneeze wrong & gain them taken, so it's not like she abused him or anything). When her rights get taken completely, that family wouldn't collaborate to her anymore. It's been just about a year since we've seen him. My other nephew (his brthr) call the family, to see if he be still there & they told him he have no rights. I wrote a letter w/no response. Is in that a way I can find where on earth he is? I miss him so much
Answers: If your sister's parental rights were terminated, the child is no longer her decriminalized son and she has no rights to know where on earth he is. That means his brother is no longer his legalized brother, and he is no longer your nephew.

Once he turns 18, he can look for her.

She could register with adoption registries so that, if he does try to find her, it'll be easier for him to do so.

I aspiration your family luck!

Federal law that prevent a parent to remove the child front the state to other state 2500 mile road?

there is federal tenet that prevent a parent who is legally married and living below the same roof not to remove the child front the state to other state 2500 mile mode, we are looking fort the penal law
Answers: No, in attendance is not any such federal imperative.

18 USC 1201 is the federal kidnapping statute. And it does not apply to parental custody issues, not at home a custody order.

Unless you can prove the child be taken as part of a slavery or sex-trafficing ring, federal regulation does not come into effect.
Go to your county courthouse and ask an official of the courts. They might not know, but will know how to direct you to someone who does.
And you can contribute them the details of your situation so that they can give you the correct answer.
Coragryph is correct...here is no such Federal statute.

Under which of the following ethical systems is killing of innocent civilians rock-solid?

A. Ethics of care
B.Ethical formalism
C.Utilitarianism
D.Religion
Answers: Religious law and rules vary -- some allow massacre of "innocent" people, some do not.

Utilitarianism patently does -- if its for the greater good, the requests of the many outweigh the desires of the few.

Ethics of care absolutely does not -- the basic principle is that the innocent must be protected.

Formalism -- I'm not sure. My explanation is that as long as the standards and procedures are set forth, anything is allowable as long as it conforms to those procedures. But I may be confusing the term next to something else.
Depending upon the exact traits that define your use of the word: "justifiable", nearby are instances when the killing of innocent civilians (using a broad definition for both of the words "innocent" and "civilians") can be "justified", inwardly the ethical boundaries of each of the philosophical worlds indentified by your press.

I let a friend move into my place,I necessitate to ask you about eviction notice PLEASE HELP ME?

What I need to ask roughly speaking is eviction notices. I consent to a friend move into my place and now she have her boyfriend staying there I told both of them to return with out but before she moved contained by I wrote up an agreement for her to pay me $600.00 contained by rent but she only give me $300 and said she would give me the rest three days then. now I ring the cops to get them out and the cops vote I have to consent to them stay and obtain an eviction catch sight of for both of them an give them 30 time because she gave me money. Now she is trying to obtain me evicted by going to my rental office and relay them that I let her move within and that's against my lease agreement. Could they evict me for this?
Answers: Your Apartments could evict you, but you should consider the contracts you have.

Was the written agreement between you and your friend notarized? If not, that wouldnt really stand within court.

The question of the hour is, be she on the apartment lease agreement? No? Then you can change the locks, since the apartment is reasonably in your name- However produce sure ALL of her items are out, whether at a mutual friends home or parents home.
I went through this near an old "friend" of mine, i call the police department and they told me how to do this since we didnt have a notarized lease agreement or apartment lease agreement holding her reasonably responsible to the apt complex. You have rights.
I would touch plinth with your apartments first, get hold of the locks change unfolding them your spare keys be taken by a friend that had be visiting you. You enjoy rights too.
Yes. You are in breach of your lease. Your innkeeper can serve a notice to cure on you, which say, essentially, get them out contained by a short time (usually 30 days) if not your lease is cancelled.

There is, of course, no style on earth for you to achieve an eviction in such a short extent of time. You would incur large decriminalized bills (I would take your overnight case only beside a $20,000 retainer deposit) and it's probably nor worh it. You need to permit the landlord know that you want to surrender the lease (it's worthless to you now) but in adjectives likelihood, the proprietor will refuse the surrender unless you can deliver unfilled possession of the apartment.

The landlord will proceed near the eviction, probably run up a five-figure legal bill, and dun you for those fees. You are responsible for the fees because your breach of lease is the bottom source of adjectives this trouble.

Letting your "friend" move into your place was an unqualified mistake. You're going to own a hard time getting your furniture out, but you should do that at once and either put it within storage or give it to the Salvation Army for the export tax deduction. If you hang about until the eviction starts, some states give the tenant a lien, which would make it a felony for you to whip your furniture.

Salvage what you can while you can and find a new apartment. Don't share it next to anyone other than your on the spot family.

Is it legal to pet name your child !?

I mean literally their describe would be !, I would refer to them as exclamation point
Answers: no it's not legal. a pet name has to be adjectives letters. no numbers or punction. the individual exception is if their name is P.T. (short for paul thomas, etc.) or de'shanta or something resembling that.
i think you enjoy to give them a given name for a name and not a symbol...
but step ahead and call one of your kids ! i dont reckon that they will let you
Prince is very soon a symbol, so I really don't see why you can't name your kid that, but they would probably made fun of a LOT! Just don't entitle him ? cause that could make higher some questions...no pun intended.
You would probably enjoy to spell it out on the birth certificate. Calling the kid by a five syllable heading kind of defeat the purpose of that short snappy spelling. Frankly I've always preferred the christen Ampersand spelled &.
I believe it is legal to do so. Otherwise it would not own been officially recognized for Prince to change his moniker to whatever it be that he changed it to. And since you aren't going to do it anyway, and no one surrounded by their right mind has ever even attempted to do this, consequently there have never been a have need of to make it criminal.
i thought that you could name yourself and/or your children doesn`t matter what you wanted to.
Uh, you can pet name your child whatever you want.
lmfao

resourcefully idk
yes, but ! would be the boy formally known as ________

Is it illegal for citizens to post myspace bulletins on fake or made up amber alerts?

Answers: As long as you don't do anything so as to defraud nation out of goods or money, you can pretty much do anything you want on a network page. It may be tasteless or senseless, but it's not unconstitutional.

Incitement to violence IS banned; so if your fake trellis page started a riot, then you could be held responsible.
I preference. People should do research befor posting stupid things like that. I hold read some that after researching started in the rash 90's.

Most politicians are pigs and racist in make-up.?

I am not suprised to hear about adjectives the animalistic behaviors of all these white politicians. These white men are other talking around immorality and the moment not a soul is looking they are looking for ways to entice the next child, sleep near someone's wife, have an affair beside their same sex partner and so on. What comes to mind is the Senator from Mississippi, I think his first name was Thurmond, he proclaimed he be against race mixing, but lord behold his FIRST CHILD be by a black woman, what a hypocrite. It also brings to mind the Sally Hemmings story. Why are white men such liars. When i think roughly the laws that are made and broken by these fellas it of late makes me angry.
Answers: If you're going to insult a group of ethnic group based on travels of a few, get your facts straight. Thurmond be not from Mississippi. He was from South Carolina.
I will agree in the order of one thing, there's no shortage of wickedness and hypocrisy in politics...or message boards for that event.
You're gonna have a wonderful time surrounded by life if you can't bring back over the "blame the white man" thing.
Good luck.and for the account, we have more black elected official in Mississippi than any other state.
Are you attempting to paint an entire group of family because of the actions of a few those? You keep using the phrase "white politician", aren't you man racist. Didn't Jesse Jackson have an affair and produce a child beside an employee?

As for the Sally Hemmings story; it be probably his brother who fathered the children. Thomas merely card for them; hardly make him a beast.
Why are you using the phrase white men several times?

Don't you contemplate that white women, black men and black women are equally guilty of doing bad things.

Why do you put hings within racist terms?

With t the exception of Thurmond it appears that the others be within indistinguishable race. Why do you blame Thurmond alone. It does bear two you know. I would classify Thurmond more if a hypocrite than as a racist.

By the way you forgot Thomas Jefferson.
