Can a person on WELFARE still work?

Answers: not quite sure what you have it in mind... but anyone can go to college its not a decriminalized requirement that some can and some cant. However there may be rules for the course you decision to do.. for example the college may ask for 4 or 5 GCSE's at grade C or above. if you hold no grades you need to be in motion to your college and discuss your options.
Also you could try speaking to someone from Connexions the organisation help young relatives with education/employment ect.
