I am 37 years old,I hold a 43 year old brother that have always be a bully;little short guy with midget syndrome,ex boxer;I fought him once roughly 14 years ago,boxed with him 2 years ago,i get a concussion and he a bloody nose,it showed me i needed more skills so i took some Tang Su Do classes and he studied some Ju Jitsu,we enjoy even had somewhat of a firearms see as i threatend to shoot him if he broke in my door and that I want nought to do with him,he go over seas after comes home homeless with money threatening to vandalize property,trying to threaten me every couple of years next leaves and does it again,selling my home is not an option . I really reckon he will come over with an AK-47 or 9mm rifle this month .. I own a 30.06 and a few handguns incase ... but seriously do not will to have any contact and told him if he comes over i will hold him cited for tresspass .. I have no proof of his violent behaviour ... what would you suggest .. OK. HERE IT GOES.. TRY TO PAY ATTENTION:My husband was coming home from tech, for a week, we have payed a "friend" 400.00 as a down payment for a motor... he said hed have it running (put together) by that week, b/c we be then moving the following monday. He neglected to enjoy it done, and it didnt run so we couldnt take it, my mom would drive it to us though. He said the prob. would cost 100+ to fix and neither of us have the money, so we said we wanted our $ wager on, he agreed. now he say he doesnt feel obligated to make available it back. be in NM, and hes surrounded by AR, and hes changed his number and blocked us online so we have no form of contact.(i know where on earth he works though) Anyways when we gave him the $, he give us the form he had chock-a-block out from an officer for a lost title... my mom has it surrounded by AR... can we do anything with this??
