How do you get copyrights to work of your own?
Answers: Your work is copyrighted merely by your creating it. Now, to protect you work you send a copy to the Library of Congress and they charge a small duty. International copyrights treaties provide protection with most countries. Ignore the message above, I expect that is something like patents.
Go to a allowed notification office for a signature
along beside a signature from a witness, and post it back to your self by collect and don't interested the envelope !
Eventually you'll have to pay cheque for a copy right but this will prove your work is yours !
Songbird has get it right. Just the act of publication give you copyright protection. Go a step farther to protect against "well, I didn't know" violators by adding together the "(C) Copyright 2007 John Doe". The "(C)" has legally recognized meaning and by doing this you own clearly marked your turf. Registration near the government is surplus to requirements.
Does Canada have a border patrol to hold on to out Americans?
Sure there is customs at the border, but enjoy you all ever be through it? It doesn't seem alarming at all. No gadget guns, no dogs, just Canadians. Wouldn't it be strange if it be like our border beside Mexico?Answers: Are Americans coming to take the job of Canadians or are they coming to spend money that benefits the Canadians.
If you do not want our dirty American money I am sure there are other places we can spend it.
American form care is singular free for the Mexicans and to expensive for the rest of us. Now I got my ersatz Canadian ID card, so try to stop me.

I want to file a lawsuit against McDonalds?
How can I be in motion about file a lawsuit for discrimination? I go to McDonalds the other day and required to order some french fries at the drive-thru. The problem is, I don't own a car and they wouldn't consent to me walk up and command. This clearly is discrimination against general public who don't own cars. They said I couldn't go through surrounded by my Hotwheels car any. How big of a settlement do you think I bring back out of this?Answers: Humbert, this is not a case of nouns, because you were not treated next to respect to your race, creed or colour, or even you absence of belief (sic) lol.
However, you could try to litigate on the grounds of McDonald's being un-environmental.
McD's will try to explain to you that it is a H&S issue, to prevent you being hit by another user and litigating against McDonalds. The material reason is that you do not own A REGISTRATION PLATE, so they can not trace you if you damage their property, or hold them up.
1. you stipulation a registration number on your t-shirt...
2. you need to be contained by a wheeled vehicle... or to be wheel, try roller-skates, and wear high visibility protection, to prevent allegations of sanctuary...
The US Environmental Protection Agency is pretty lame compared to European counterparts, but if McD's refuse to serve you, you could argue that McD's is forcing you to compromise the Clean Air Act (CAA) 42 U.S.C. s/s 7401 et seq. (1970)
underneath SEC. 213. you could argue that you are claustrophobic, and thus are forced to drive a 1955 double Decker bus without a catalytic converter, thus your vehichal, emit far too much emissions (to prove correct sole use)into the environment, and thus in an action to minimise air pollution you walk, but McD's refused to serve you - and forced you to create more pollution basically to satisfy your hunger, or starve, as your claustrophobia prevented you from entering the McD's to drink within.
it wishes some work,,, but it may work?.
they are not supposed to serve you in the drive thru in need a car. specifically why they call it a 'drive thru'
it is in reality a safety risk for you to be within the drive thru without a coup¨Ś, because other people do not look for ancestors who are standing in the drive thru, and if you achieve hit on their property, then you CAN sue.
the settlement you can gain is nothing.
~LOL~ That is a biddable one. I found out years ago that one person approaching the glass would be denied service, but with adjectives my friends and our bicycles we were competent to trip the sensor. By the time we made our way to the windowpane, they had already prepared $10 worth of food, they be not going to let it shift to waste. Now-a-days, I own seen cameras mounted around the corner, so I don`t know you're getting refused that means of access. Sometimes when I am hungry and not thinking too clearly I will order a super-size drink not realize I am on my motorcycle (good time to pullover).
P.S. Discrimination would be against a member of a spot on class of citizens. Are you claiming discrimination against the group of individuals who stroll on two feet? You should emphatically sue based on the HotWheels grounds however!
P.P.S. I am going to research the handicap access ramp law, so long as it is not an abuse afterwards I will try Debra's method out by seeing if they will deny me service of my motorcycle from the inside. Wish me luck...

I remember I was next to you - lets procure a lawyer!
adjectives I can see right now is $$$$$$$$$ :))
Not one penny. You may receive fined by the court for filing a frivolous lawsuit.
Drivethrus are for motorized vehicle. There are safety concerns next to this.
Why don't you file a lawsuit against McDonald's for not letting individuals drive their cars into the store to order??
i own the same issue next to banks. the drive through lane is unfold earlier and latter than the lobby.
the issue they have and are correct (imo) is that the lane are for cars and it's not safe for a citizen to be surrounded by the drive thorugh lane. some stores are adding wander up windows to serve.
Statutory rape - definition?
Could anyone define 'statutory rape' lower than the laws of Victoria, Australia, please? It's for my Ethics assignment, and apparently our political affairs decided not to include it contained by any easily accesible form on their webpage. Or anywhere else on the first ten page of a Yahoo search.Thankyou!
Answers: In Victoria, the adjectives law resentment of rape was abolish and redefined by the Crimes (Rape) Act 1991, BWW at 87-89. This Act implemented the ... This exploit no longer defines sex near a minor to be statutory rape it is just rape of a child beneath the age of 16 or under the age of consent.
The age of consent is 16 contained by the State of Victoria.
The Crimes (Rape) Act 1991 centres on consent.
If someone have not given consent then they are deem to have be raped. In a rape trial the jury would be required to decide if the subject had given consent and if here was evidence to show that sexual infiltration had taken place. Sexual permeation is clearly defined in the Act.
A human being who is under 16 is deem as being incapable of giving consent.
If you hunt using the actual name of legislation as noted above you will find heaps of sites beside loads of information and with info which would be moral to quote.
You may also like to look at consent and a entity with an intellectual disability - as the unbroken subject is about nouns.
Statutory rape is sex between an "adult," as defined by the decriminalized system, and a minor, who is under the age of consent. This definition holds true across the board. The differences entirely sprawl in the age of consent. There I can't give support to you, since it's different everywhere, even within the United States, where on earth I live. It's usually between 14 and 17.
Just remember the old adage: 15'll go and get ya 20.
I don't know what the Australian statutes say, but within the simplest terms statutory rape is a sexual encounter by someone that the statute (law) say can't consent, or , the persons have sex are under the age of consent.
In the US, within most states, the age of consent is 18, so if a female (in particular) UNDER the age of 18 have sex the male is contained by violation because the feminine can NOT consent to have sex. If they're both lower than 18 then they're both within violation. It have been changed to unlawful intercourse surrounded by california.
It may sound stupid, but that's the imperative.
Why was the United States founded by prudes?
It's not cool... Some law are getting out of hand, even if they do give a hand the community, but isn't there a control? Today, I wanted to drink some mouth-watering Lambrusco red wine with dinner (which I may or may not own done...) but I am only around 19 years old. I hear there be some law stating if a guardian allows me to drink it when he/she is near, it's okay, is this true? (Responsible drinking, NOT underage partying / getting hammered). There are just so abundant laws, I don't know how some of them obtain passed. (Like if you don't wear a seatbelt, I'll get a ticket...) what is that? It's my time, I can decide if I want to or not - don't verbs, I choose to wear seatbelts anyway. I can't think of seriously of examples now, but here are plenty of other laws that should be changed. I can't hang about until I am older because afterwards I will have a influence in the senate. I do plan on voting, but it seems not a soul trusts the younger community, they think we adjectives drink and do drugs and whatnot. Some do, but I don't.Answers: People have other and will always break the directive. This country was founded by population wishing to practice their own religion the process they wanted to. These be people who loved God and obey his commandments. They created these laws base on morality, and many those today stand behind these law. I don't think it would hold been wrong for you to own that glass of wine. Not at adjectives. But if you legalize it, some associates would abuse it and things would go and get out of hand fast. If you are just next to your family, it's cool. Take a chalice of wine. No one's gonna call the cops on you! And if they did, the cops would probably screech and not do anything. That law is here so that the abuse of alcohol is fixed. Our Fore-fathers knew what they be doing. The constitution was expert and that is why the United States is the best country surrounded by the world.
This country was first settled by religious fundamentalists who feel that their home country, England, was too loose within its morals. So they left for pruder pasture.
However, the United States wasn't 'founded' by those prudes. The government and law that you refer to were created by a motley crew of deists and atheists who created a framework that be supposed to change over time. Unfortunately, idiots are resistant to modify, and most politicians are idiots. So there you hold it.
i dont know a young human being who doesn't think he or she is smarter and wiser than anyone else . someday if you know how to read the writing on the wall. and youll see that if we dont swot from the mistakes of our past consequently we are doomed to repeat them. and not trying to be a prude but i probably forgot more than you'll ever know
the puritaines came for freedom of religion fro them and not a soul else.
so hence prudish laws.
As you bring older you'll see why within are so many law and yes some are really dumb.
Is it true that there isn't any imperative on the books that forces and mandate you to pay income taxes?
If within is a law on accounts or a supreme court case that made it mandatory for you to pay packet income taxes, can you please tell me what it is and show me a intertwine. Please show me credible sources if you have any.Answers: There is a decree that forces and mandates you to earnings income taxes. It is the Internal Revenue Code.
The authority for the passage of income charge laws comes from the Constitution contained by Article 1, Section 8, which states, "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes..." Also, as a clarification, the 16th amendment states, "The Congress shall hold power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, minus apportionment among the several States, and without respect to any census or enumeration." Based upon that authorized power, Congress own passed bills and Presidents have signed into tenet various income rates acts.
The foundation for the current tax law is from the Internal Revenue Act of 1954. This act provided the structure of the current due law so that the entire revenue conduct yourself would not have to passed respectively year. Over the years since, the act have been amended to accomplish the current tax law. The most drastic change be made by the Tax Reform Act of 1986. The Internal Revenue Act of 1954 can be found in the U.S. Statutes at Large, Vol. 68A. The U.S. Statutes at Large can be found contained by most Federal Depository Libraries. There are probably several in your state.
To bring in it easy to refer to law instead of looking them up in the U.S. Statutes at Large, most law are codified in the U.S. Code. Titles within the U.S. Code that have not be passed by Congress in the form they are written surrounded by the U.S. Code are considered prima facie law or evidence of the actual regulation that was passed by Congress. See USC Title 1, § 204 - http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/u...
The Internal Revenue Code is codified within the U.S. Code as Title 26. This is prima facie law. § 1 impose a tax, § 61 define gross income, § 62 defines on the same wavelength gross income, and § 63 defines taxable income. § 6011 is the requirement to folder a return.

BTW, the Cornell Law website is an unofficial COPY of the U.S. Code. I use it as a reference because the page are well designed. That does not invalidate anything I own said here because the sections of the actual U.S. Code apply. I say-so this because another person on YA said that since I used an unofficial source, my argument wasn't valid, which is an erroneous causeway of logic.
Now, in hint to your two articles. Bob Schulz of "We the People Foundation" is, in my assessment, a con artist. He purports to be working for the people while constantly trolling for donations. His arguments enjoy been proven wrong contained by court every time. In fact, he is currently not supposed to be promoting any literature on his websites that go against tax law. See http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/PRO...
I believe he is currently in sacrilege of that order and I am waiting to see what the organization or the court is going to do.
The other article about Gaylon "Whitey" Harrell is around Illinois State Taxes and not about federal income taxes. In certainty, Mr. Harrell has be in court numerous times and have lost all but once. The following page have a listing of his more prominent cases. http://tpgurus.wikidot.com/gaylon-harrel...
BTW, an acquittal does not miserable there isn't a ruling concerning income taxes. If it did, then the O.J. Simpson acquittal would tight-fisted there isn't a regulation concerning murdering your ex-wife.
Here are some court cases for you. In Schiff v. United States, 919 F.2d 830, 834 (2nd Cir. 1990), the court stated, "The payment of income taxes is not recommended ... and the average citizen knows that fee of income taxes is legally required."
In Porcaro v. United States, 84 AFTR2d Par. 99-5547, No. 99-CV-60406-AA (U.S.D.C. E.D. Mich. October 25, 1999), the court stated, "Purportedly surrounded by support of his claim, plaintiff submitted a statement along with the Form 1040, contained by which he argues that no provision of the IRC establishes an income tax âliability.â The plain communication of the IRC, however, belies this assertion, stating in clause 1 that a tax is âhereby IMPOSED on the taxable income of every individualâ (emphasis added). Although plaintiff attempts to distinguish between âimposingâ a levy and creating a âliabilityâ for a tax, in that is no difference. Every individual has an affirmative duty to rate taxes."
In United States v. Bowers, 920 F.2d 220, 222 (4th Cir. 1990), the court stated, "The statutes themselves require the payment of the rates and the filing of a return. 26 U.S.C. § 6012. ... [The] duty to rate those taxes is manifest on the face of the statutes, short any resort to IRS rules, forms or regulations."
In United States v. Gerads, 999 F.2d 1255 (8th Cir. 1993), cert. den. 510 U.S. 1193 (1994), the court said, "Appellantsâ claim that payment of federal income duty is voluntary clearly lacks substance."
In United States v. Hartman, 915 F.Supp. 1227 (M.D.Fla. 1996), the court said, "Any assertion that the payment of income taxes is voluntary is short merit. It is without sound out that the payment of income taxes is not voluntary. [citations omitted] The assertion that the file of an income tax return is voluntary is, also, frivolous."
I hope that clears things up for you.
how about the 16th amendment to the US Constitution?
The Congress shall hold power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, lacking apportionment among the several States, and without good opinion to any census or enumeration.
I see this put somebody through the mill every single day. Yes, near are such laws on paperwork. The entirety of Title 26 of the United States Code concerns the Internal Revenue Service. 26 U.S.C. § 6012 specifically requires people who label more than a certain amount to foot federal income tax.
The Illinois armour you reference have no precedential value. The court is one and only an Illinois trial court, and it is thus not even controlling in Illinois. A armour must be reviewed by the appellate division or the state Supreme Court before it become anything more than persuasive authority in that state. And state opinion are not binding on the laws of other states nor are they binding on federal courts.
Unfortunately yes near is a law, the 16th amendment give congress the power to tax your income.
Wartz- He/she asked a press you troll jackass. Not insults.
Ok, you don't believe it is. Well, I'll ask this question. If at hand was a statute that did force and mandate you to pay income taxes, would you still be surrounded by favor of it? Or would you still consider it immoral? If you answer yes it is dissipated, then I'm right within with you. If they can force it on you or not, it doesn't bring in it right.
Sections 1 through 1563 of title 26 of the United States Code deal next to income taxes. The one you would be most interested is Section 61(a): "gross income means adjectives income from whatever source derived, including (but not constrained to) the following items:(1) Compensation for services, including fees, commissions, fringe benefits, and similar items;(2) Gross income derived from business;
(3) Gains derived from dealings surrounded by property; (4) Interest;
(5) Rents; (6) Royalties; (7) Dividends;
(8) Alimony and separate maintenance payments;
(9) Annuities; (10) Income from go insurance and endowment contracts; (11) Pensions;
(12) Income from discharge of indebtedness;
(13) Distributive share of partnership gross income;
(14) Income in respect of a decedent; and
(15) Income from an interest contained by an estate or trust."
Despite the clear language of that statute, a couple surrounded by New Hampshire is going to prison for over 5 years because they refused to believe that they own to pay income export tax on wages.
there's no law compelling you not to murder anyone any. there are, however, statutes that influence what the punishments are should there be any murders. similarly, in attendance are statutes telling you how much you owe within taxes and what happens if you don't remuneration.
if we did it your way, it would be a police state, and the affairs of state would know without my reporting. let's not. please.
The courts enjoy ruled that income taxes are legal and nearby are those who continue to obtain jailed because they refuse to income on the grounds that income taxes are unconstitutional.
Maybe one day a smart legal representative will get the income rates thrown out. Or maybe congress will do something right. Or I don`t know the courts will do something about this awful mess.
But until that happen, I strongly recommend you pay the income toll. Its the smart thing to do.

RSS What is RSS?In a series investigating the history of drug use, we inaugurate our trip tracing the rise of marijuana and synthetic amphetamines. Marijuana, from the Indian hemp plant, has be used worldwide as a source of rope, cloth, and paper; its medicinal virtues were first documented 4,000 years ago contained by China.
Answers: that was perfect.
No big deal.
Ive tried it a couple times and its zilch all that great.
Ill stick next to the liquor thanks.
The attempt to normalize marijuana is a plot by the major international corporations that get potato chips and ice cream.
It's not a short time ago a case of follow the money. It's also a valise of follow the munchies...
(Believe me, my generation know how to rationalize everything, especially when it comes to drug use.)
^ Marinol is a synthetic drug, and has masses side effects that marijuana doesn't have. It also, approaching all patented prescription drugs, perpetuates the big-business/over-inflated price/synthetic substance/animal trialling system that I and many other citizens despise. Thus, I just shut down the pro-Marinol for anti-pot argument. =)
As for pot... I don't really diligence for it. I've tried it a few times, but it's not that great. I have no problem near other people using it, though.
Should it be decriminalized? Sure... who cares? It's simply weed. But at the same time... It's only just weed, so who cares? "wah wah wah... generate it legal... wah wah wah". Ugh!
And I'm sure you're interested within marijuana mostly because it's a good source of rope, cloth and thesis.

At the core of injunctive nouns is a recognition that monetary damages cannot solve adjectives problems. An injunction may be permanent or it may be transient. A preliminary injunction, or an interlocutory injunction, is a provisional remedy granted to restrain activity on a impermanent basis until the court can craft a final decision after trial. It is usually obligatory to prove the high chance of success upon the merits of one's covering and a likelihood of irreparable spoil in the unreality of a preliminary injunction before such an injunction may be granted; otherwise the group may have to linger for trial to obtain a irretrievable injunction.

Normally yes and it can cost more or less lb1,200 if you employ a solicitor. Hello, i'm an italian girl.i wanted to know why usa still enjoy the capital punishment?
usa are all right known as the "democracy exporters"...this should have it in mind that usa are a modern and democratic country.but the capital punishment is not modern and correct at adjectives.it is brutal, useless and primitive...i mean it be used by the babilons hundreds of centuries ago.i don't really accept the conception of "ok you have kill a man, so you will be killed"...it is not fair...not a soul (expecially teh state) has the right to wipe out someone else...to decide for someone else's time...only god can choose weather to consent to us live or to let us die...
moreover: you are condamning a personage to the capital punishment because he have killed, but you are making like peas in a pod mistake this man has made.
you are bloodbath because a man has kill...it doesn't have any sense
and remember what Cesare Beccaria (a infamous italian writer and politician) said 2 centuries ago: it is not the brutality of a penance which prevent us from committing a crime, but its effectiveness
Answers: You are right. However, more and more Americans are taking another look at the system itself.
You don't enjoy to condone brutal crimes or want the criminals who commit them to avoid a harsh punishment to ask whether the loss penalty prevents or even reduce crime and whether it risks killing innocent folks.
What about the risk of executing innocent race?
124 people on extermination rows have be released with evidence of their innocence.
Doesn't DNA preserve new cases similar to these from happening?
DNA is available contained by less than 10% of adjectives homicides and canât guarantee we wonât execute innocent people.
Doesn't the departure penalty prevent others from committing murder?
No reputable study shows the loss penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The departure penalty is neither. Homicide rates are difficult in states and regions that enjoy it than in states that do not.
So, what are the alternatives?
Life minus parole is now on accounts in 48 states. It channel what it says. It is sure and swift and seldom appealed. Life without parole is smaller quantity expensive than the death cost.
But isn't the death cost cheaper than keeping criminals in prison?
The departure penalty costs much more than vivacity in prison, mostly because of the permitted process, which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent people.
What around the very worst crimes?
The passing penalty isnât reserved for the âworst of the worst,â but to some extent for defendants with the worst lawyer. When is the last time a thriving person be sentenced to death, tolerate alone executed??
Doesn't the death cost help family of murder victims?
Not necessarily. Murder victim inherited members across the country argue that the drawn-out extermination penalty process is bloody for them and that life lacking parole is an appropriate alternative.
So, why don't we speed up the process?
Over 50 of the innocent people released from disappearance row had already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent personage.
kokopelli
Obviously it's not a deterrent if they've gone out and done it the first place.
i am of the opinion that possessions punishment is a harsh sentence... and since it is, it should be imposed sparingly. why not verbs it? heres why:
there are some seriously f***ed up populace in our world deplorably. what about a man who rapes a woman, humiliates her and consequently kills her? how is that not abominable ample to punish that person near death? respectively case should be thoroughly inspected to determine whether or not the character deserves to continue living.
presently regarding your argument of "one and only god can choose whether we live or die" i harshly disagree beside that. we are all human aren't we? we adjectives have a standard sense or common understanding of what is bad. since we adjectives share that common flaw of humanity i focus it makes us more apt to prefer whether or not a person deserves life span.
but like i said, i guess the punishment should be used sparingly, consider all the alternatives past making a final judgment
This is why children aren't alowed to vote...
We enjoy capital punishment because not just acts as a deterrent for some would-be criminals, it also act as a way to dispose of the worst ones.
Society have rules. If you violate those rules, then you will be punished. The punishment for some crimes is execution. Don't commit the crime if you don't want to be punished.
Normally, the departure penalty is reserved for cases where on earth the criminal killed intentionally and academically. They rarely (or possibly never) travel for the death cost in cases of unintended homicide.
Killing isn't wrong - unjustified killing is. The state is understandable in bloodbath inmates who've been given a demise sentance. In the state of Texas (others too), you may shoot an intruder in your home. The shooter isn't wrong. The guy breaking into your home is wrong.
Some race believe that capital punishment prevents crime. Some states agreed next to this argument and use capital punishment. Also, some federal crimes allow wherewithal punishment.
This is part of the Bible eye for an eye quantity. Also, as some posters stated "We believe in vengance."
In my inference, these people draw from off flowing. I want them to do hard labor 12 hours a light of day with in the future of rest. Also, I want speakers to pipe in their cell "Why did you do it?"
And close to your Italian writer Beccaria said . "it has nought to do with the brutality, But more to do next to it`s effectiveness" . You should watch who you quote. I would enunciate that the effectiveness of the destruction sentence works. Besides, why complain about the americans. look a short time closer to your side of the pond, and a little south. They exterminate people because of religion, not because of a crime.
