I ordered some tickets sour ticketmaster for a gig on Friday 14th September but I havent recieved them. I phoned them up and they said they enjoy been deliver. So I phoned royal mail who said it have been signed for so I asked for a prove of siganature and it have been signed for by no-one at this address but it have my address on the signed for sheet. I phoned ticketmaster up and explained the situation and asked them if they could refund me my tickets or replace them but they said thats not within policy once they have dispatched them later thats it, even though I paid lb5 for special abdication. Shouldnt it be there responsability to chase it up near royal mail and not me?I phoned royal letters who said they would look into it.What can I do now?I still own no gig tickets and if I still want to budge I have to earnings again!!!!Answers: There should also be a time next to the signature. Can you prove no-one be at your address at that time? That way you can pin the blame on the postman.

I am greatly curious about how Osama can distribute videos and not draw from caught as to where they are coming from or who go into the White House to give the tape in?!If this be any other person, they would trace fingerprints and find out where on earth it's coming from, how, why, when, and where?! if you are renting property and you already know that you are not gonna rent to felon why make us pay envelope application fee and turn through unnecessary paperwork and hopes. this is what happened to me at broadwater townhomes within chester,va. and i had to settle up application fee for 18 year mature daughter too now is this a rip bad or what.Answers: consider it part of your "debt" to society.
It is and it isn't. If they never give you any paperwork (like the application) that had fine print later it is. I bet the fine print on the paperwork you filled out have limitations on it that becomes your responsibility to read.

I always know that felonies have more long-lasting impact on one's future than freshly prison time and fines, but, not having committed a felony, I never know just how abundant ways, etc., that a felony could cost you and yours in the adjectives. I guess it depends on your point of view, and I can surely construe your point of view, but getting cracked ain't gonna change things, so, somehow you enjoy to "deal next to it", kinda like I have to deal beside continually getting a bad credit report when I tried to rent a place contained by Ohio about 8 years ago. I KNEW I have excellent credit, but my report kept coming back doomed to failure, and it cost me $50.00 everytime I applied to rent a place and they ran a credit check. Finally, I call some credit reporting place in that State, and found out my problem be something my stepson had done while contained by college, and he wasn't even my stepson at the time since his mother and I hadn't married at the time of his mess up. How in hell they get my name involved I do not know to this light of day, but it eventually cost me about $250.00. When I finally get through talking next to the young woman at the credit reporting place, she understood my predicament and promised to repair my credit rating, and she did, and I finally get a place to rent, but it still cost me $250.00 due to my SOB step-son, who now sell drugs for a living (he's a pharmaceutical representative/salesman).
