How do you locate a Registered Agent for a Hospital?
I need to serve a summons and complaint on a hospital surrounded by Chicago, IL. and I need to find out the hospital's registered agent. I tried the secretary of state's organization with no nouns. Any information on the department I need to contact will be appreciated. Call the hospital and ask if they own a legal department or local counsel they can refer you to - ask for the business bureau, because the main receptionist may not know. If that doesn't work, try probing for the name of the hospital plus "corporate information". I hold found things that way until that time.
They all hold registered agents. If the secretary of state doesn't have one, ring up the hospital itself and ask for their legal affairs bureau and ask them.

Ok, so I work in a small mortgage department. I work under three different manager (2 male and 1 female) and a broker (owner). One of the manly managers, let's a short time ago call him Jerk, is a big shake! He is a complete control freak! He makes my enthusiasm at work a living hell. Answers: I'm sorry that's scheduled to you at work. Best thing you can do is find another living. I don't know why people treat those that way. Why don't you own your boyfriend take precision of it? If my girlfriend was going through that I would enjoy to have a bit talk near him after hours with not a soul around. He shouldn't treat you like that, or anyone for that business.
He sounds like trouble. Be sure you know as much nearly the labor laws within your area as possible.
My response to the "conversation" issue is to jokingly that you are the receptionist and as such must be curtoius at al times. If he desires you to be short with his clients you will brand name a note of it. Its call good customer service and proper phone manners.

It sounds like your boss desires you to focus on answering the phones and door. As such, do that. Make that your priority above all other duties.
In adjectives honesty -it's not that different from any of the receptionists at any of my jobs. They can be a huge give a hand to me but my current receptionist first and foremost answers the phones and door.
As the receptionist you are the first voice and face that customers see. They will flood valued and do business with you because of how you treat them. sensible_man is correct. Court appointed counsel is for those who cannot afford counsel on their own, you own to qualify based on income. If you estimate you qualify, ask the clerk of the court the case is within to point you in the right direction. It's different everywhere, but within some courts the clerk's office have a form you can use to apply.
At your first court appearance, if you don't have a attorney, the judge will ask you if you want one and if you can afford one. If you qualify, afterwards they will assign you one.
the court has public defender. You'd get one through them . Good luck.. because they won't try frozen to fight for you close to a regular lawyer would.
