I have a Problem beside who i love?

ok this is a really long story but ill try to formulate it real short...i fell within love with this guy and he is criminally here...the problem is we have a child together and i call for to know what steps i need to pinch to get him permitted if anyone can give any tips..
Answers: 1st. ur child is o.k. even if he get deported ur kid has the legally recognized right to stay with u. in the order of him. try and get him a natralized citezenship. it take a long time for the paper work to jump through, AND they person have to have be here a certian # of years AND has held a steady profession. any arests or problems with the directive will void his right to try and buy citizenship this way. sorry i dont no the exact #s. . u could also marry him, but although that seem easier, when the goverment comes along i grantee the do not treat people who married into their citizenship alike way as the do those who are natralized.

Is handcuffing a child a form of child ill-treat, whether you're a cop or not?

If so, how would you rate it, from a scale of 1 to 100? I thought it be only from people's POVs (point of view).
Answers: Yeah, it really depends on the circumstances. If it is a police officer, and the "child" is anywhere from 13 years frail and up, and they (the police) are following protocol, then I would rate it as a 0 on the foul language scale. But if the child is, utter, 4 or 5 years old, next I wouldn't necessarily rate it as abuse, but I would organize it as unethical and enormously unnecessary. Again, though, it really depends on the circumstances. Sad to say, kids are doing drugs at younger and younger ages. Who know what is going to cause them to only flip out and become basically unrestrainable? I guess contained by that situation, I might be inclined to shackle the kid...no matter how frail he/she was.
YES!!! if truth be told a few months ago a cop handcuffed a touch girl she was give or take a few 4-5 years old... I never did find out what happen to him, but the poor little girl ... my heart went out to her. If that have been my daughter I would own sued his a s s and the entire city!!!!

Yes, because by mentioning the word CHILD, is considered innocent and vulnerable thereby, handcuff a child is a form of child abuse per se. Whether the culprit is an officer of the directive or not. It is immaterial.

I donot know in connection with rating for this but this is clearly a violation of child name-calling and could be considered to be a crime.
I thought the purpose of handcuffs be to keep a suspect from attacking the officer or taking his gun and using it against him. I can't see a small child being much of a threat. I suggest if he is going to be in the put money on seat he can't be much of a threat.

I would utter a small child say around 5 or 6 or even 10 it is foul language of 100, but if a teenager, which is usually a stronger individual it depends on why they are mortal arrested. if minor offences, which make me think it is overkill, after it would be say a 70, but if the minor was markedly aggressive and commiting serious crimes such as assualt or purse snatching or whatever, I would read out 0.

some teenage boys can be markedly strapping young men and boy can some of them run!

Cild Custody Laws...please help!?

I am surrounded by serious need of some information on child custody law and I have no conception where to originate. Any help would be greatly appreciated..If a child's parents are deem unfit then who will the parliament turn to? Do they try to give custody to clan members? If in attendance is an adult sibling(25) could the sibling fracas for custody?
Answers: There are several resources available to research however one main source is the Uniform Child Custody and Jurisdiction Act.

Normally the courts will hang on to the custody within the direct family and especially near a family branch who is willing and competent to care for the child(ren) involved.

Same as with foster consideration if there are suitable clan members next yes they want to keep them next to family member. Make sure the agency knows you would similar to to be considered for placement. They will want to do a home study to determine if the placement is fit. The parents, although deemed unfit will be asked if they hold a problem with the placement also. If it looks similar to you're getting the run around then I would bring back an attorney but usually if the environment is a stable environment there won't be a problem. The agency may monitor the home for in the order of a year or so to ensure everything is going ok. Just make sure you're kept within the loop so you can do what's best for the children.

if they are taken away, they try to bring a family applicant to take them except they go to foster perfectionism

they could even turn them over to the 25 yo if that person requirements them,,

I need a copy of an uncontested divorce near no children for the state of Georgia. I have looked almost everywhere online and they adjectives charge for them (even the sites that say they're FREE!). I a short time ago need one to jump by as far as how it is worded and the layout of it. Time is of utmost importance here. Can anyone assistance me? I tried to ask at the courthouse and was told to look online. Figures. Someone lend a hand me please!!
Answers: You're probably going to have to spend at least possible a little money. If you without doubt refuse to do the smart entry and hire a lawyer to switch the drafting and filing, next at least be in motion buy yourself a book about divorce contained by Georgia.

Did you go to the Domestic Relations bit of the courthouse? Thats where I get mine in Florida. The forms (which be required to get the divorce) be free but there be a filing levy ($65). Whole process took 2 weeks.

I know about the Good Samaritan statute that protects those who do help. But is nearby a law that say you must help if you come across a situation?

That's because within is no way to know what rank of competene or incompetence to deal beside the situation any given person would own. Of course, there IS a tenet (probably just in the region of universally) that prohibits a person from going away the scene of an accident if he be involved in any agency in *causing* the luck.

i cursed out a telemarketer who disrespected my folks by sayin they dont how 2 speak english..she claims its a federal crime and it was person recorded...she werks for some study center...is this true?
Answers: No she was lying. If she doesn't want to be cursed at, she probably shouldn't be cold-calling peoples homes, and insulting them for the track they answer their own telephones.
She might be referring to varied FCC rules regarding hostile communication over broadcasting...

However, you aren't broadcasting. Your conversation is supposedly private (+/- homeland security), so you are essentially under one and the same guidelines as for a normal conversation - you can't threaten somebody next to bodily harm, etc.

Did she report you that she was tape the conversation to begin near? If not, she can be in leading trouble - not because its illegal (its not informal for someone to record a conversation that they are a get-together to), but because of the liability the company takes on when it does this.

In any valise - don't threaten people, any in character or over the phone. If for no other reason than it is unsanctioned and someone might be recording you commiting a crime.

The owner of the company gave me a motor to drive to and from work?

it was contained by an accident where on earth someone pulled out in front of me the officer have cleared me of any fault. immediately i am not able to carry to and from work the vehicle is also for work i drive it for work it we travel alot from each site during respectively day. the other guy is aggression fault within it and i cant get a loner vehicle for work.
Now my boss is truism i have to accord with it and he isnt respnsible to bring me to work. In the agreement at my yearly review it be agreed upon that i used a company vehicle to get to and from work. the examine i have is should the company own to pay for a lonar until the other guy contained by the accident pays or should i enjoy to. Also when the accident happen i was on name and getting payed to be.
Answers: Although it is not your employers responsibility to capture you to and from work, it was agreed by them that you could use a company vehicle. Therefore it is a considered a benefit.
It is not your responsibility to income for a rental vehicle - your employer has insurance on the vehicle you be driving and the insurance usually covers that cost and then get reimbursed by the offending driver's insurance.
If your employer is no longer offering you a company vehicle (and that's their perogative), they are essentially decreasing your pay.
You any need to negotiate for another coup¨¦ or accept things as they are and procure your own vehicle.
I would think that your employer's sports car insurance should cover the cost of a rental car if they hold full coverage for the vehicle.
