I don't know what your mom can do officially, for sure. I almost positive that she can't MAKE you put your child up for adoption. Even as a minor you are a woman with a right to carry and raise children so long as you are responsible (in the eyes of Child Protective Services). However, as for suing for custody, she might be capable of do that. The court won't terminate your parental rights, but they might supply her primary custody as you are a minor and live in her house (I assume).

I come up with the main issue here is probably that your mom give you financial support, etc. and that she is trying to force a decision on you. My dad told me when I be 16 that if I got pregnant until that time I finished college he would make me own an abortion. you don't call for to be zone to rent out. and a lease is a personal contract between landlord and renter does not necessitate to be registered. with the city/town.
That would depend on your jurisdiction, I would expect. In Ontario, for example, landlords don't have to register as such since renting out apartments...they just own to comply with the Landlord-Tenant Act.

However, you may want to look for other loopholes (e.g. excessive raise beyond the maximum limit per year). The best point you can do is to find a copy of the tenant law for your jurisdiction and see what it say.
never heard of a town within which a landlord renting out a house have to be registered. If there be such a requirement, It would probably subject the landlord to some minor cost, but would have no effect on your rights or obligation.

I posted a message to appeal my suspension almost 3 hours ago. Someone else posted an appeal for a suspension as well just about 1 hour ago and has already received a message stating claims.
