I need to know what type of laywer i stipulation when personal property is stolen from a place of business?

I took my dirt bike to a bike shop to have them look at it and relate me what was wrong near it and a day after i dropped it sour they had a break contained by and it was stolen. Now they speak they are not responsible for it and that we have to return with the money back for the convenience of bike from the person who stole it, but they haven't be caught. I want to sue them for the money that I am owed, but I dont know what kind of advocate I need, please abet!

Question about protesters?

A planned paternity is opening a block from my house and I'm sick of adjectives the protesters. They all park on the street and entrance to a shopping center blocking the street and entrance. They also enjoy crosses, signs and other crap all on the sidewalk. I know we merit freedom of speech but why can't they be ticketed for littering or loitering? Police do give loitering tickets to culture who loiter but what because they have signs they are adjectives the sudden immune from loitering laws?

Answers: I see no problem beside protesters as long as they reasonably follow the imperative. It is important that everyone have a voice and to stand up for what you believe in.

Most loitering law have be stricken down by the Supreme Court because they are pretty much arbitrary.

I would get a group of nation and go picket their church on Sunday morning ... near big signs the say "Christians are Pro-Unwanted children!"

I be counseling a woman who recently get an abortion. Her problem was guilt. She said that within were protesters, and her conscience be listening to their words. The abortion be done in two parts. After the first day's dilation, she go back and told PP she needed to back out. They told her she could not. She go through with the procedure, and in a minute has a severe depression, as she understand the weight of her decree.

As long as they are on public property, you can't do much. It's their constitutional right to cry and holler for whatever they want.

A police officer cannot arrest someone for protesting, at most minuscule not constitutionally. If they are being a annoying person maybe you could folder a complaint and have them protest elsewhere.

Answers: custody. to determine where the children will be living. apparently the father i am assuming requirements the kids to live with them. unless social services is involved if so perchance they want the kids. tell her dDO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO COURT WITH YOU. it's not right to put them through that no situation what age and if she reads her paperwork i'll bet it even say not to bring the kids if she does the judge will brand name her leave.

work place intimidation, iwent to work this morning and my supervise ask me if i throw a pack of cigs. in his saloon?i said yes and he said that he was going to see my ***. i took him very serious so i couldnt work beneath those stressful conditions because every time i tried to enter the building me would get within my face to intimidated me beside a *** whipping. the reason he be upset with the cig. entry is he coaches high university vollyball and his superviser seen the pack. he is trying to cast a shadow on the fact that he smokes from his superviser on that career. my question is what can i do? i dont touch safe at hand cause he said if he get fired from highschool vollyball job i own a serious *** whipping coming, so to work there i hold to live with that treat baggy over my head

I have a relative who is a big school coach and a smoker. She does not leave her cigarettes contained by plain sight contained by her car any (she locks hers in the trunk beforehand she leaves her home in the morning). She can lose her livelihood if the cigarettes were see in her coup��. When she is in public, she have to be careful when she smokes (does not want any of her students to see her). It's not your place to conciliator him for hiding the fact that he smokes from the students/school he coaches for. It's what plentifully of smokers in education/coaching enjoy to do.

I would try to make nice beside the guy and put the issue behind you. If you hold to - tell him that should the conservatory question him around the cigarettes, you will tell them they be yours and you left them within his car.

Answers: You're so right on this issue. My state of PA also fosters poor behavior. It seems that those of us who work an honest year often come up short. One entry we can say at lowest we have our pride, and the shirts on are pay for were provided by our thorny work, not some Government program. Politicians are really to blame for this vicious cycle. The problem beside welfare programs is that once people know they are within they tend to rely on them. Even FDR spoke of the "narcotic effects" of relief programs.

I do. Killed his 4 children execution style because he was wacky at his wife, WTF! I understand in attendance are innocent people contained by prison and maybe some on deathrow. But this guy confessed and the evidence be overwelming. Do any of you disagree with the release penalty surrounded by a case close to this? They fried him in the electric stool, he took this option over individual put to sleep. Im so happy he did, I hear its a long and sore death. Any alternative punishments you can focus of that would of been better?

Answers: I believe that Daryl Holton get what he deserved. His case is a textbook example of general public who marry despite the warning signs. Holton's wife be a piece of crap. But I agree with the cost.

For scuzzballs like this nearby should be some way of bringing them wager on to life so they could be executed numerous times; basically because they deserve it.
