And one extra item i will say that the contractor is greedy for wanting money. What will arise is that he will get squat, when if he would own just be an honest man and said i found this, and not demand something within return, he might have gotten a nice tip.

I am doing this as a persuasive essay(coincidence). Amanda has right to the money because logically it is her house. BUT if you research the finders keepers statute it states that when something is unowned or abandoned, whoever finds it can claims it. So Bob have rights too. So the only logical point to do is to share it.

Answers: I'm so surprised that someone out near agrees with something that have been my own personal issue for years. I'm still contained by charge of 78% of my ex-wife (divorced 8 yrs ago) household income. The problem is that since then I get re-married and I can'r hardly support my kith and kin, while my ex and my kids from that marriage live drastically comfortable lives. child support is largely based on who have more physical custody. that person spends more money on the child and requires financial support from the other parent that have a duty to the child. since mothers have more physical custody of children, the father end up paying child support.

the custodial parent enjoy more daily responsibilities. the child must guzzle, be clothed, have a place to live, electricity, arts school supplies, hair cut/style etc.
some associates think child support should be used with the sole purpose for the child (clothes etc) but it takes other things (as i mentioned above) and specifically used towards the support of the child and a parent having to do that on a 50/50 basically wont cut it.
Wow, somebody messed you up. First of all, it is supposed to be 50/50. Child support is dad giving his partly of the child rearing expenses. And not all men are vanished out of the decision process- my father be very much involved, as are most. It is the mother who decide to be a controlling b!tch in these cases. Hi. Last week my wife and I had some arguements and she go to the local police station and told them that I sholved her and they had me charged for assault. I be arrested and later released but be asked to move out of the house. Less than 12 hours after this incedent, my wife started contacting and telling me how much loved and that she did not scrounging any harm for me. She told me she individual told the police to talk to me and not charge me. She have even gone to the crown to ask him to drop the charges but he refused. I own spoke to the crown to know the best possible route out of this as I don't want anything to tarnish my very verbs record. One of the offer he proposed was to plead guilty and step for anger management and be on probation for 18 months or progress for trial.In the night of my arrest, the police told that my wife have no physical evidence and that the case would boil down to whom the crown belives. Interesting statement, which may be completely wrong -- depending upon what humane of support (current or arrears) he's paying. Does your father KNOW she's deceased? You may be obligated to notify him & you may find yourself have to re-pay him.
