On one mitt it has its evident benefits. People from minority groups who otherwise may not have have the opportunity to get into unmistaken schools ect. can get hold of a great education and become productive surrounded by society, adding to their social status. All of which is a perfect thing.

On the other appendage, you get relatives who abuse the system. You attain privledged and rich minorities who get scholarship and preferential entrance based on the reality that they are minorities and based on the certainty that they are disadvantaged.

I've always thought that it would be better to channel test these things fairly than automatically assume someone is disadvantaged because they are a minority.

Answers: It started out as a angelic idea, but later has be abused to the point of being ineffective. One example is a friend of mine whose husband have a heating & nouns conditioning company that he started. His wife knows undeniably nothing nearly the business, but of course they put the business contained by HER name so it would be considered a "minority" business. Other examples are employer not being competent to have a voice in who they hire. Government should not interfere next to that. As for the present, AA is used as a tool by a certain political deputation to further their ambitions. They don't seem to mind the reality that AA demeans people of color because it presupposed that a finicky group is innately disadvantaged by nature because of their skin pigmentation.
