How to stop appartment personnel from entering your appartment?
The condo I live in regularly does servicing for the suites, resembling checking the fire alarms, making sure the sink isnt clogged, replacing air filter, etc...But is in that anyway to not allow them to enter your apartment unless you were inside? As part of a presentation for arts school (TAFE) on animation, I would like to show several clips from diverse animated movies (such as Disney and Miyazaki stuff).The clips would only be a few second, up to a minute each. Is this a concern when it comes to copyright?

Just to clarify several points. The use of copyrighted materials, even contained by an educational setting, is still considered a ruin if such is not handled properly.
If you are using the clips to show a technique or to discuss the process beneath which they were made, later it's considered under the just use doctrine.
However, I would advise at least possible writing to the copyright holder to advise how you will be using the clips and why.
