i work behind the desk also asked legal representative the samething and yes you can be held responsible if you showed up for work then not here with not a soul to watch and if you disappeared and say someone fell be bleeding could have lived but you be not there and they died you could be held for crimnal casualness thats like your babysitter departure your kids you are responsible for every guest in that hotel

Answers: I feel free because I am living my existence the way I want. Nobody have much input except for myself. I am also free because there isn't one single point I want that I don't already have. It's really cool when Santa asks me what I want for Christmas and I honestly can't answer him.
In my country, wearing a t-shirt or holding a sign near a message contrary to the president can get you arrested, bested, and thrown in detain. In my country, protesters are kept in "free speech zones" that are if truth be told cages blocks away from the eyes and ears of our leaders. So no, I don't have a feeling free.

Answers: You can get into trouble if you start out the front desk unattended without advise anyone of your intention to do so ... giving your employers the opportunity to protect change, assets, etc, behind the front desk once you depart. You enjoy a duty of obligation until you advocate your employers of your decree to cease employment. Until later you are accountable. Tell administration you're leaving!!!
I would guess it depends on the law in your state. I could see you man held liable (possibly) if something were stolen (for example) because you chose to move off your post (especially with out notify your boss/owner of the business).

You may want to call your local police department and ask them. Hopefully they can pass you the information you are looking for.

I estimate though that you would have a responsibility to protect the employer property, so I would ensure that everything is locked up before departure , and probably call your boss and explain to him you have quit.

As for ownership, the receiver owns it... by sending it to them, you gifted it to them. it become theirs when it arrived in their mailbox. as for the words, you can without doubt use them again if that's what you're asking. i don't think there's anything to stop the other guy from using your words though... not when it's a personal notification.

I dont know how they deal near a situation where you are a minor surrounded by one place and an adult contained by another state.

Answers: I don't understand any. Something like should be incorporated into the cost analysis of adjectives services in smaller centre. That's our government for you though. You are incompetent to take carefulness of them by yourself anymore, so you grant their preference and shoot (kill) them. They no longer have to budge through the suffering and you only own you to take of presently!

Answers: It matters not what I have a sneaking suspicion that because the legistlature defines the crimes. In my state, the consent of the object is a "mitigating" factor that woud guide the jury to a lower sentence, but it is not a defense to the charge of murder. Allowing it as a defense gives rise to a host of problems and I would anticipate manyspurious claims of consent when the TRUE motive was something else entirely. An comprehensible example would be if the real motive be the parent's desire to lead a usual life and be rid of the troublesome kid. (If you judge that there are no such parents, next you are a fool). I think the legislature can consider the potential for invective and reasonably verbs to allow no exceptions to the charge of murder.

Legally, it is murder. Is it morally right or wrong? That is between God and the two people involved. Could I do it? I don't contemplate so.

But, then, you never know what you will do when face with a situation that is to say this overwhelming. Most likely, the individual will have to travel to prison for some time. The thing is, society at hulking has no mode of knowing when it is a mercy killing or of late a killing. Facts introduced surrounded by court may show one thing, but in that is no way to know for sure when those facts truly spell out the truth of the situation.

If this is the case, afterwards why did you decide to eliminate them? You waited until they be in torment? Why? If I be on the jury, I would see you rot in prison, a short time ago for being cruel and playing God. I would be MUCH more leinient if you have allowed them to take thier own existence (i.e., supplied the gun, pills, etc...)
