the problem with legalize and taxing it is that there's no real path to keep track of income, so how do they know how much to levy? not to say that there's no other job that falsify thier incomes (pizza abdication and waitressing, for instance, don't report all of thier tips adjectives the time). but they would also have no instrument for them to clock in and out, for instance. and consequently you'd have problems beside welfare, being that these women would own jobs adjectives of a sudden, so they wouldn't be able to collect welfare.
