Law Questions and Answers

Are there any Pro Bono Attorneys or Family Law within the state of Georgia?

I am trying to find out if there are any pro bono attorneys contained by the state of Georgia that take on child custody and visitation cases?
I hold searched on the pattern, but the only point I can find is the Legal Aid office. They utter they are only income eligible and I'm not sure we qualify. On the other paw we can't seem to find a household law attorney i.e. any where close affordable. I am getting prices of $5000 to start, $15,000 for the entire case procedure. Who have that kind of money????
Any facilitate is appreciated, Thanks for your time! ~Take Care~
Answers: Any attorney is able to do a suitcase pro-bono, it's their choice, but you won't find one that will do it unless it's for a really good inflict or to prove a legal point explicitly important to them.

Call the guy that quoted you $5000 and ask him if that's the best he can do, and if he'll help yourself to payments. Scape together as much as you can for a down payment and pony up.

Attorneys are adjectives about the Benjamin's.

Has anyone ever suggested that Muslims should work extra hours to cover the time that they waste praying?

I see that it's one suggested that smokers should make up the time that they rubbish having a smoke.
After adjectives Islam is only a religion, whereas smoking is a medical condition of Addiction.
Answers: Has anybody ever suggested that race who have opinion of religious superiority ought to keep their mouths shut?
budge on then,
i dare you
First of adjectives, no matter what religion it is, not a soul "wastes" time praying... ... and if the smokers choose to smoke, they can do it on their breaks or lunchs. and not take any time away from work...
subsequent time ask them to pray for you
WTF?! waste time praying I see you own no respect for other peoples religions.BTW I'm Xian not Muslim. but I have respect for other peoples religions
you own a fair point in attendance. pay for hours worked, equality for adjectives or none.

still wouldnt like to bring it up infront of the p.c brigade.

funnilly plenty i reckon the muslims would actually be okay next to it.

oops - see above you've been p.c'd on.
Sorry to answer beside a question but how do you know they are wasting their time praying. I'm an Atheist but see someone praying as a right to free expression of their beliefs. I may not believe surrounded by God but will defend any ones right to practise their religion minus interference from anyone,

Or could be that the belief in an invisible entity beside no basis contained by fact, Could be see as a medical condition as well.
There are tons religions other than Islam that require its followers to run time to pray during the day, regardless of if they are at work or not.

One that comes to mind is Buddism. Also, Orthodox Judaism requires associates to be home before sundown during undisputed religious times.

And I am sure there are plentiful other religions that have similar practices.
Good point.

Really religion should be banished from adjectives public places, as it is irrational and socially divisive.
Smoking is not a "medical condition of Addiction". It is a condition of stupidity.

Muslims have every right to practice their religion minus harrassment. Many other religions require prayer also.
I am sure that the Muslims who pray often would not slackness their job because of it. It take dedication to pray often and sincerely. Smoking is hazadous and empire CAN stop smoking!

"Only a religion" Your offensive and I'm a Christian.
I haven't hear of anyone suggesting it. I won't be surprised if they are as there will other be someone who is intolerant, phobic and prejudiced.

A Muslim typically pray 5 times a day. These are compulsory prayers (salat) performed at different times. Only Muslims above the age of puberty, not mentally bad, physically incapacitated and not menstruating should pray. There are flexibility for those who are unable to pray due to circumstances approaching travelling or sickness.

The 5 prayer times are Fajr (dawn till sunrise), Zuhr (noon till Asr), Asr (roughly after midday till sunset), Maghrib (sunset till dusk) and Isha' (dusk till dawn). Each prayer is about 5-10 minutes (can be longer). However, the compulsory congregational prayer on Friday noontime (Zuhr) is longer as it includes a sermon.

If a practicing Muslim work during conventional office hours (eg. 8am till 5pm), he or she stipulation only perform the Zuhr and maybe the Asr prayers. If respectively prayer is about 10 minutes, donate 10 minutes for the ritual ablution, the total time taken for a prayer is about 20 minutes (or less). Each worker is entitled for a lunch break and possibly tea breaks too. Lunch time can be about 30 minutes to 1 hour. If a Muslim pray during his/her lunch time, nearby would be no conflict with the tabulation of working time.

If the prayer time is 30 minutes and the Muslim is required to work extra time, I have an idea that, a devout Muslim will not mind working an extra 30 minutes. 30 minutes is not that long a wait. Nonetheless, it is not rock-solid to force Muslims to work 1-2 hours more if their prayer is only 20 minutes.

The nouns against smokers should be seen inside its own context. Justification for smoking time during office hours begin with the realisation on why smoking at the workplace can be glum. Only then can you find ways to stand up against the perception and work towards glorifying the benefits of smoking.

The use of Muslims as a punching pouch is a distraction. The rationale is also tenuous. Pretty much like blowing smoke contained by the air.
For one article, you're wrong about the permitted status of smokers. Nicotine addiction is NOT covered under the A.M.A. as a medical condition or handicap, so it is 100% lawful to discriminate against them in job, housing, and businesses. But religion or "creed" definitely is considered a protected category beneath the labor laws so you can't really compare the two. Business owners cannot refuse permission for to hire somebody on the basis of religion, and must produce reasonable accomodations for that character. And if his employer wants to product him work extra time to make up for time spent praying, consequently that's probably perfectly officially recognized. But smokers often own a negative impact on the workplace surrounded by addition to the time they leftovers. Namely, the way they stink when they amble around inside the office, and the agency they tend to litter near the doorways and force everybody else to stroll through their clouds of smoke when walking in and out of the building. Not to mention, the more sick resign from smokers tend to take and the supplementary health problems they bring upon themselves that increase the condition insurance premiums for the business they work for. Religion and smoking may both involve lifestyles of a sort, but any comparison between them is a bit of a stretch.

BTW, I consider myself a humanist. I think adjectives religions are quaint relics from the recent past that are best forgotten in this year and age, but everybody must be permitted to attain intellectual enlightenment at his/her own pace. Refusing to allow empire to practice their traditions and beliefs will only result surrounded by resentment from them and they will cling to those beliefs even more strongly, thus accomplishing zilch more than retarding progress in society and even setting it vertebrae further. You can't bully people into giving up religion. You can one and only create a society that's 100% neutral and tolerant of adjectives religions and people hold to eventually realize for themselves that it's obsolete.
First of adjectives, I commend the Muslims for having such devotion to God. Too discouraging people enjoy forgotten the importance of prayer.

Second, perchance the Muslims take time away from work to pray, but did it ever come to pass to you that they probably do their work double time to ensure their work is complete by the end of the light of day?

Third, I am a Seventh-Day Adventist and I can't stand the fact that some companies own a total disregard for my faith by forcing ethnic group to work on a Sabbath (Friday sundown to Saturday sundown). I would gladly produce up the hours in any process, whether it be working longer hours Monday through Thursday or coming to work on Sundays.

In response to your "half-speed"...how about, they work at regular speed if they don't have a feeling the need to lock in up on any work? :) Happy?
I fully appreciate where you coming from, I enjoy worked with a great oodles Muslims over the years and the rules of their religion do indeed state that they must pray at certain times of the time.
Although having a religious belief and praying are indeed a right thing contained by general. You are right to surface it is unfair that Muslims are given time away from their duties to pray, after adjectives when all the time is totaled up over a year it does contained by fact be paid a tidy sum.
I might add however that although smokers are in a minute penalized for the time they spend smoking, they are however responsible for taken a greater than average amount of days rotten sick, all of which contained by real lingo cost the employer much more.
All this aside, it is indeed unfair that empire like smokers and Muslims do take extra time away from their duties while those who chose not to follow Islam or chose against inhaling smoke get the meagre end of the block.
This brings to light the truism 'A fair days work for a impartial days pay!' but that have to apply to all, and as we adjectives know, some people are more productive than others regardless of religion or social (or anti-social depending on your point of view) behaviour.
Always remember that it is the employee to be precise most profitable to the company that gets the most breaks and favours, thus the saw 'You reap what you sow!'. The secret is to work frozen and make yourself as indispensable as possible; this approach you will always find yourself surrounded by a position where you can ask for and expect preferential treatment from an employer.
Your inference is stupid.

No one wants to hear it.

Reasons Why You should disagree with this statement.?

My Contemporary Issues class wrote a statement on the board :
"State lawmaker have the right to sort laws that are within the best interest of their citizens even if those laws violate the law of the U.S. Constitution"
AGREE OR DISAGREE
My homework is to find 5 reason's why i disagree with the satement.
I own 2.
1. If this were an involved statement a state would be able to hold away our 1st Amendment-Freedom of Speech, religion, and expression. By living in that sate you would no longer enjoy that right if the above statement were true.

2. If the states could engineer laws that violate or refute the U.S. Constitution then that would violate the 14th Amendment which states that adjectives men are to be treated equally and have like peas in a pod opportunities.

Please minister to me and give me 3 more.
Answers: Article VI of the U.S. Constitution

...

The Senators and Representatives since mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;...
1) State lawmaker CAN make any tenet -- because technically, it isn't unconstitutional until it's been contested within the state supreme court, and then taken to the U.S. Supreme Court. (agree).

2) The state lawmaker have a duty and must to uphold not only the State's constitution, but the U.S. Constitution. The supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution would essentially render the law unconstitutional, if contested. (disagree).

3) State lawmakers are elected by the citizens of their state, and their must is to those citizens, not to the country, as a whole -- it is their duty to fit inside the social constructs established by their constituents. (agree).

4) State laws should be similar from state to state, to a positive degree, to allow for application of the full dependence and credit clause, as guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution. If in that is no similarity, or a lack of continuity, per se -- next it could render the full faith and credit clause inapplicable. (disagree).

Just a quick press. What happened to the black boxes from the planes used on 911? Why weren't they found?

I notice that there be never anything said about the supposed black boxes from those planes. Did they ALL a short time ago vaporize in the flames, and if so, weren't they supposed to be indestructable?

Surely near would be at least some parts and pieces, but within was never anything ever found. Why? And why be the metal from the Towers hauled bad so quickly when they be evidence? Any intelligent person would want to inspect that metal for signs of explosives, and thermate as very well as thermite, but it was adjectives picked up in a rush, and put on ships bound for China to be melt down immediately, thereby destroying ANY evidence that might hold been nearby. Why are the American people so intensely willing to allow things of this character to happen WITHOUT press? Perhaps the American people be all surrounded by on the scam in the first place is the merely answer that comes to mind, or were they too dumb to constraint answers WITHOUT the lies and whitewashing that went on.
