It ain't rocket science,just read and answer the question on the application as truthfully as you can.As an employer,i do NOT hold someones past against them.If they choose to lounge on their application,i do hold that against them.
Most of the time on applications it will just ask if you own been convicted of a felony, which I regard as means 'own you ever been convicted of a felony', within other words, ten years ago or twenty or fifty, it still counts and they expect to be told about it. Of course you could other lie and hope they don't check into it. Or you could try to find employment next to someone who just doesn't perfectionism about whether or not you've ever be in trouble near the law. My boss have been locked up himself, years ago, and so long as I'm not going to rob the place or anything, I'm sure he doesn't offer two sh*ts if I have a criminal register.

That's BS. He can still hold you accountable for complying near those policies because you signed something saying you received it and would comply. Not giving you a copy of it if requested is crappy business practice. Not sure if its dishonest though.

Signing something that say basically that you'll stick to "company policiy" without specifying what the policy is nearly the same as signing something that say you promise to behave. Very vague, tremendously general, and holds little officially recognized value.
A company can fire you for any rationale they want. There is no law that guarantees your right to save your job.
Now, if YOU want to sue the company within civil court for wrongful termination, that's up to you. That's where the lawful aspects come in. A company may try to use the excuse that you did NOT grip to company policy. If you enjoy visitation rights, you appeal to the court to enforce that order. If your daughter have been for always removed from the jurisdiction of the court without the court's sanction, there are some extreme trial issues involved. Go to the court first.

If you do, step to DA's office and wallet a complaint [with Custody Order], see if they will issue a warrant for arrest of custodial parent for; UNLAWFUL CONCEALMENT OF MINOR CHILD, FELONY D, in the state of NV. It's not jammy to get the DA's bureau to enforce custody agreements, so you might ask for an ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, why the custodial parent should not be convicted for willfully disobeying a court order and contempt. That can show some legitimate background and prevent you months of bs by DA's department, hindering a quicker resolution. If you have no visitation rights, there be a reason and until you can disprove the reason in court, you're in need resources.

I hear that prisoners have their own forms of retribution, and nearby are many prisoners who love animals, so I hope they whip matters into their own hand and give those boys some of their own drug. In addition to the horror and agony that adorable dog must hold endured, that poor girl and her familial must be going through living hell. Very often population forget about the animal victim's nearest and dearest and friends and how they must feel. I hold five cats that I would defend to the passing and would face my own prison time to save them safe from impair from another person. I cannot see in your mind`s eye the nightmares that the girl is going through. I cried when I read the story and saw that dog's picture and then I said a prayer for the family circle. This guy is a client that my hubbies sompany is doing a undertaking for, so he is not a boss in any road. Daily he makes remarks resembling hubby said i wish i have a few days off and he be speaking to someone else, and this clients response was i desire i could run ur *** off. Most companies are scams in our time that is why they intentionally hire individuals that have no business within the business world. They want yes men and professional hatchet men and if your husband is only just a good, frozen, worker with a conscience they don't want you.

I am a Historian and I do not believe that the Constitution is a "Living, Breathing" document...the Founding Fathers wrote it to be put into process as written...they put in that it could be amended, but by first ratification Congress and then human being ratified by 2/3rds of the States...this be to keep any section of the government: Executive, Legislative, or Judicial from making it to suit within own whims and beliefs...the sad subdivision is that many Judges are immediately legislating from the bench by trying to say it process more than what it does...heck some Judges even used a letter written by Jefferson to a friend to come up beside the "Separation of Church and State" argument...
