How can i find a job beside a theft conviction ?

The offense be committed in 2003. I be fine $1,000 in year 2005. However my overnight case was not really mugging. But due to stress and anger make me to commit the crime. However the sufferer was at denounce too to cause me to do this to him. My is not a thieving intention. I only did it once contained by a folly. I wouldn't commit it again in the adjectives. But i think its too past due . How will i expect to explain to the companies for them to accept me. I believe undisputed countries like singapore its not lawful to check one's criminal offence. So job industry like sale, admin, schools hotels, F & B should be capable of find without describing them about one's long-gone. Minus those doing projects with the elected representatives or sensitive. Cos criminal records checks is solely available through government.
Answers: I know you won't approaching this answer very much but you should other tell the truth and consent to them know, I have 2 theft and have have to tell race and its hard but it help people trust you more because your not trying to hide it.
Also it was a long time ago and if you haven't gotten within any trouble since you should be fine.
One more thing if you own up to it and notify them you did it and not put the blame on someone else you will sen that much more mature. When you try to blame something YOU did on someone else that doesn't look obedient.
Good luck.
I worked with ethnic group that had worse than that.
It would be best to transmit the employer upfront before you even interview for the assignment.
Alot of employers do posterior round checks without even relating applicants.
You re job prospects are going to be controlled.
Don't set you re sights too high.
Unfortunately dishonesty offence such as theft are commonly seen next to the utmost seriousness by potential employers. Put yourself within their shoes, you say that you wouldn't commit a similar crime again, however they don't know that - if you be a business owner would you trust someone to work in your shop who have previously committed theft?

You should also appropriate responsibility for your actions - I regularly get stressed all the same that doesn't mean that if I steal something it's not really pilfering. It's a mitigating factor which may explain why you did something, but doesn't justify it contained by any means.

As for criminal surroundings checks, you are correct that most countries have law against them - but only if you do not contribute permission. You may prohibit to have one done, but within the eyes of an employer this is a sign of guilt - if you have zilch to hide afterwards why would you refuse. It's a no-win situation because even if you agree your history will come up. Not adjectives jobs require framework checks however, it's really up to the employer.

You do not have to disclose your history, unless you're applying for a position with the policy, police etc, however you must not lie around it either. The best direction I can give is to be up front and honest if asked - own up that you made a mistake, don't play the victim card, and explain that it be some time ago, you received your punishment and are hoping to move forward.
if you killed someone contained by the heat of anger or despair, would that trademark you any less a murderer? i assume from the amount of your fine that it be a felony. depending on your age and behavior in the adjectives it might be possible to have your history expunged. in the meantime be honest on duty applications. most employers will eventually find out if you enjoy a record and fire you for lieing on your career application. honesty is always the best policy.

Can your report your work for doing illegal levy things and get a reward resembling they show during tax season?

Who do you report it to?
Do you hold to have actual unyielding proof in your hand?
or Can just report them on things your see them doing?
Answers: Bubs, you can report it to the IRS, but be prepared to move off the job once you do, because they are NOT going to want to keep hold of you around, and will probably fire your tushie when you do this. Of course, then you can collect severance.
;-)

I don't know about any reward, per se, but if I feel something illegal be going on, I'd feel in somebody`s debt to report it to the proper authorities.
Here is a link from IRS website that discussed how to report:
http://www.irs.gov/compliance/enforcemen...

You do not call for proof, if they feel it is significant base on what you report, they will investigate.
You'd probably have to enjoy proof to get a reward. But you procure an investigation started without.

Should TEACHERS PACK SOME HEAT IN DANGEROUS SCHOOLS? (Share your thoughts)?

Michigan Lawmaker Proposes Teachers Be Allowed To Carry Guns In Classrooms
September 10, 2007 9:46 a.m. EST
Ayinde O. Chase - AHN Staff

Grand Rapids, MI (AHN) - Rep. David Agema, a lawmaker from Michigan is proposing a clean bill that would allow teachers to be armed beside guns. The rationale for the proposal is that teachers call for guns to defend students from attacks by both terrorists and other students.

Agema, a Republican from West Michigan, said he believes the device would save lives, the UPI report on Monday.

"Right in a minute, the only ethnic group who enter school beside guns are people who intend to do mar," Agema was quoted as truism by The Grand Rapids (Mich.) Press.

"I believe it will save lives if a kid or somebody comes into a conservatory and starts shooting again."

Apparently he's not alone; the measure have garnered support from 15 other House member. However school official whose schools the guns would be surrounded by are horrified by the suggestion that teachers inevitability to be packing heat within schoolrooms.

I'm just departed speechless by this," Grand Rapids Superintendent Bernard Taylor was quoted as aphorism by the Grand Rapids Press. "It hurts to hear we've come to this, that we're so afraid of children that we think we stipulation to be armed to work with them."

He continued, "If that's what we've come to, I stipulation to find a new dash of work."

According to Agema`s bill the legislation would allow teachers, administrator or other school workforce to carry concealed armaments on school grounds if they hold a state permit to pass one and have okay from their school administrator.
Answers: No, unquestionably not. Metal detectors perhaps, or even a protection force in the university, but teachers next to guns would not be a good article.
In spite of the support by some lawmakers I am against the carrying of guns by teacher. Some teachers are outstandingly excitable. I can think of some teacher who under no circumstances should take a gun.

It is a bad example for our child en. In spite of a few dignified publicized examples very few school have be involved. There are also the possibility of a gun going off accidentally guns within schools person stolen and teachers threatening students near a gun.
"I believe it will save lives if a kid or somebody comes into a arts school and starts shooting again."

How can a gun save a go? Somebody will get hurt.
Teachers unquestionably need more platitude to concordat with unruly and antagonistic students, but arming them with guns isn't the answer.

All it will pocket is 1 student to wrestle a gun away from a teacher for nearby to be a tragedy.
This is a bad conception, what happens if a group of students trys to overpower a coach and he/she kills the students, or worse the students overpower the trainer and kill him/her.

I infer the right answer is if there are trouble kids surrounded by the classroom that don't want to be there anyways, clear them work for 25cents a hour in a sweatshop where on earth they get whip and beaten until they can sort 20 shoes a hour, then ask them if they want to step back to university so they can have a indiscriminate at a better life. Alot of those kids are going to articulate yes, the ones that don't let'em make me a cheap two of a kind of Nike's, because the only basis I have to 90 dollars for some is because we hold to pay to introduction it from china where they beat and beat the kids that don't run to school to engender 20 shoes a hour, if we did it in America we wouldn't own to pay 60 dollars extra for a duet of shoes so that Nike could import them... Think going on for it..

"America is ran by a bunch of cloak and dagger disappeared overs from the cold war. Its give or take a few time for a change. Just continue until my generation get a chance at forking this country support to greatness, assuming its still here."
NO, NO, NO

More guns means more slaughter, expecially if used by untrained personnel such as teachers.

Use metal detectors and more police on campus
MAYBE tolerate them have mace or tazors but not guns.
Think roughly speaking the message we are trying to convey. Is it that it is okay to carry firearms (or other weapons) and injure population? Or is it that such activity is wrong?

If the first statement is correct (we ARE trying to speak its okay to carry firepower and commit harm) ... go ahead. Let the academy staff (including teachers, principals, janitors, administrative staff, and so forth) bring within their weapon of choice and have at it near the student body. They would be responsible for their weapons ... for instance, duplicate weapons woudl in a minute be much more accessible to the students, or they'd be somewhere where they wouldn't do much righteous in an emergency situation.

If it's the second one, though - no, do not allow more missiles into the school system. Prosecute those who do bring surrounded by weapons (be they students, staff, or the nonspecific public) to the full extent of the law - no exceptions. Make the punishments for that sympathetic of crime stronger.

And reiterate to those who are thinking about doing something close to that how much of an impact it may have on their lives ... approaching the simple fact that someone who have a criminal conviction (for misdemeanor or felony) may NEVER be allowed to enter another country. Or, if they manage to exit the US, they may be denied re-entry into their home country FOR LIFE ... simply because they own a criminal record. The journal is independent of the criminal's age at the time, by the way - no difference (in international law) between person tried as a juvenile or as an adult.

Who are the best constitutional law authors to read?

I'm somewhat used to with Lawrence Tribe and Richard Posner. What other authors should I read?
Answers: for constitutional statute try David Richardson (author)

A general book that covers frequent aspects of American life (many, but not contained by depth) is "Witness to America* by Ambrose & Brinkley. It's sort of scatter-shot, but fun to read, and maybe a upright place to start.

Two of my favorites among those who concentrate mostly on America are David McCullough and David Halberstam. Any library will have several titles by both, and they're other good.

Probably my adjectives time favorites are Barbara Tuchman and Samuel Morison, but most of their stuff is not limited to America and is commonly specialized. Morison is great, but only if you own a thing for naval history. Tuchman have produced a string of gems. If I had to pick one, it would be "The March of Folly."

A lot of my reading is endorsed and constitutional history. You have to be pretty committed to wade through some of this objects.

Right now I am reading a biography of Teddy Roosevelt. Biographies are to me among the most rewarding histories, and in that are literally hundreds of good biographies available. I own numerous good ones.

I could also recommend essays, which are not exactly histories, but are equally worthwhile. One of the best essayists ever is working today --- John McPhee. I own all of his output, excepting the most recent, on my shelves.

Enjoy.
Aside from Tribe, hold you read Erwin Chemerinsky's commentary? It sets out the law rather nicely. Try the Federalist Papers for some innovative source material.

I simply want to buy a handgun for target practice/long-range shooting. I'm not going to bring it with me contained by public for protection. Do I need a license simply to buy a handgun, or do I need to be of age and hold a clean text?
Answers: depends on where you live.

In most southern and midwestern states you don't inevitability anything beyond a drivers license and the ability to slip away the background check.

In some north eastern states you own to get a license and some cities restrict those to the point that you can't ever seize one.
Depends where you live.

In most cities and towns contained by the People's Republic of Mass you need to be of a definite age, take a safekeeping course, and then sue the local police chief.
To buy, no
To transport on you concealed, yes.
You have to overrun out an application, first. If approved, you can buy a hand gun. You cannot take it unless you are licensed.
I am guessing you are referring to registration, as a license would be to carry the gun. These law will vary state to state. I live on the Wisconsin/Michigan border. You do not inevitability a license, but Michigan requires you register the gun. Wisconsin does not. Federal law does require you overrun a background check for any firearm.
You inevitability some form of ID. You get the license to fetch afterward.
Unfortunately, no, illegal handgun are easy to come by.
You will necessitate a license in most states. If not most criminals would read aloud that that was for practice
Where do you live? The law are so varied, nearby is no one-answer-that-fits-all available.

If I lived where I feel I needed to carry one for protection from other populace, I would very seriously consider moving.

If you are contained by the U.S., there are federal law regarding age and legitimate status that must be met for you to purchase one from a dealer.
Where do you live,? your not aware of the law in your state !
Come on nearby dude get it together, unless you live within say Idaho, where on earth they do background checks, and if adjectives clear you walk out the door .And you call for to have a hugely clean register, specially for a hand gun. !
Not contained by a free state.

Living independently as a 14-year old contained by California?

My grandfather passed away recently. He have taken me in when my parents died and raise me to be independent. I inherited my granddad’s 2-bedroom condo and my job pay the bills and still allow me to dance to school. So I am prepared, likely and mature satisfactory to be on my own.

But there are no other relatives so technically I am a ward of the courts. Will this label it easier to get the court to admit an order of deliverance or rather impossible? Should I petition myself or seize a lawyer?
Answers: You enjoy my respect for wanting to be on your own at such an early age. From what you write you come across to be doing well, but no situation how independent and strong you are, you might be better off living near a guardian. What if you get sick and can’t budge to school, what if you only just want to be a kid for a change and sleep within before university or go swimming next to friends on the weekend, rather than work?

You may regard that as an orphan beside no relations you have little choice and would be placed within a horrible group or foster home without consideration for your old age and need for nouns. But your granddad may have have cool friends that are more than willing to lug you in. You could move within with another sprightly senior whose meadow you’d mow in return for room and board.

In short, guess about other option before you prefer you want to go it adjectives alone. If you do want to go through beside the emancipation, take a lawyer.
Get a LAWYER
http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/fam...
consult a attorney. don't go cheap. well-mannered luck to you. sorry for your loss.
Wow. Pretty amazing for a 14-year old. But report me, why do you want to be emancipated from the courts? Have they been troubling you?

luv,
x_musicbabe23

ps.
I'm sorry to hear roughly your grandfather.
Get a lawyer!!

Get a legal representative because anyone against you will have lawyer and agendas that you will need to counter. That is what lawyer do. That is, defend the individual against other lawyer that have a better plan for your adjectives than you the one you have already chosen.

What do I do if I am being sued by my previous hotelier?

I left my apartment because they never fixed anything, nearby was a mold build up within the bathroom and they painted but it was still coming stern. I have allergies this year which I never have before and my cousin who have a mild case of asthma have breathing problems. The landlord said that he have the city inspect it and there is no mold problem and he will forward a copy of the report to my advocate. I left a month since and did not pay that months rent. Should I only just pay it to avoid a legitimate process since I might be liable for their attorney fees?
Answers: Yeah, you pretty much just entail to pay it. If he have a report from the city and you just hold allergies (which could be from anything) you are pretty much screwed.
You should call the Office of Consumer Protection, they knob landlord/tennant disputes.
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm
Your rental agreement probably required you to give mind instead of just walking away. Your quiz implies that you own a lawyer handling things. I suggest that if you verbs to seek warning from people on this site instead of your legal representative, your troubles will continue to grow.
Well I would vote to get a hold of the tenant and innkeeper law booklet i.e. available in the city that you live within to read your rights and the rights of your landlord.
If it seem that your landlord have proof that there is no mold build up and it be issued by the city then you are liable for that months rent and you should pay cheque it to avoid any other legal or court fees.
You won't be liable for attorney's fees. Pay the rent. If you did not put the manager on written notice prior to moving, you won't hold a chance at a defense condemnation.
Do you have substantial proof of the insufficiency of repairs and the mold. Do not include your cousin as proof.

If you have proof consequently contest it. If you do not have the proof after pay the tenant.

In your present apartment if there is a problem cram to keep annals , pictures, call for inspectors and write registered return account letters.

My landlord is wrongfully finning me what can I do?

Yesterday I recieved a missive on my door saying that I be being fined $50 for parking on the grass outside my house. The epistle says that a supervisor saw my car parked on the grass and that I enjoy to pay the fine or be evicted. I KNOW that I did not park my sports car on the grass that day nor own I ever parked on it. And the thing is that I wasnt home adjectives day! I be at school from 7 to 3 and next went to work. I usually park my vehicle outside my house on the curb, but sometimes there are other cars parked near and a few days ago one of those cars parked in the grass and messed it adjectives up. There was durt on the curb and when I parked nearby yesterday it got on my tires. I go down to try to sort it out and the lady wasnt even nice she bitched me out and kept varying her story saying that she saw me even getting out of the saloon and then maxim neighbors complained, but yet she cant voice what time it was and I know shes lying. Is here anything I can do? Im 100% positive I didnt park on the grass.
Answers: Unless there is a written agreement, your tenant has no authority to fine you. They cannot filch it out of your security deposit any. If they persist, I would contact legally recognized aid and your local housing authority
I'm not aware of any authority that allows landlords to "fine" people. You should contact the Office of Consumer Protection, they can administer information regarding landlord/tenant disputes
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm
Get some documentation to prove that you be in class. That should shut her up.
Who deputized the bozo? Ask him to show where on earth in the rental agreement fines are mentioned.

This sounds resembling the manager female is not the owner, and may be scamming you for fifty bucks. This happened to me once. I threatened to contact the owner and she shut up and never mentioned it again.
Do it surrounded by writing, do it in writing, do it contained by writing.

Write a polite business letter to the proprietor (and copy the owner if different and you know who they are) discussing why the charge is not possible. You could start by indicating what hours you be away from the premises. Ask the manager to show you the proof of the infraction such as a picture of your vehicle parked inadequately. You may want to point out that many police departments use pictures such as this when enforce parking regulations so asking for such evidence is not out of line.
Do you hold a written lease? If you do is there a provision for fines or for paying for property that is to say claimed you ruined.

If not there is no spring for a fine or for a charge.

Obtain written statements from your school and from your employer that you be at work with the hours and date mentioned. Do it in a minute before they forget. Keep the sediments handy merely in luggage.

Good luck.
I hate it when I return with finned. Makes it hard to swim straight. Finn his butt right backbone!
