If the jury is not sequestered they return to the jury room where on earth they are reminded not to discuss the case and next dismissed to get lunch or what ever. If they are sequestered, they are lead to the jury room and lunch is brought in.
American underage drinking laws - who benefits?
Many parents hold been getting contained by legal trouble only just for hosting drinking parties for teens. I don't know anyone who hasn't drank while underage(I'm 29). Its of late part of human being a teenager, the cost for the teen is a joke(confiscation), and bartenders and buyers get hit the worst. By not legalize underage drinking, teens are not given the responsibilty that comes with drinking. Is this seriously to protect kids, or is this purely another example of American hypocrisy?..Do you think the lawmaker and law enforcement drank underage? How can something that everyone does be criminal?Answers: Not everyone drank underage, I knew a few race who waited till they be 21 and I have to grant those were the kids who exercisd responsibility.
In the town I grew up surrounded by one of the wealthiest families on town be known for throwing party for underaged kids (their kids friends)
