Answers: In Joint Custody, its said that each custodian have the child at equal times throughout the year. Only the sole custodial parent will receive child support. Only if that parent has the child the "Majority" of the calender year. The certainty that you're married, don't have a source of income, and don't hold sole custody of the child, no. You don't have the right to anything but visitation. Now if you enjoy full custody, (remember, majority) then yes, you'll rate support. Did you speak step-dad above? I don't know if you meant Natural born father or not, but if you designed step-dad, then he will never income support for your child unless he legally adopt and then for some principle you are divorced. He can't adopt unless the two of you are married. Only the natural born father will be required to support the child, and solitary the child. An ex coworker has file an EEO complaint saying that my concluding employer and I discriminated against her?

This woman ( my co-worker) was really difficult for most culture to deal next to. She was extremly intimidating, would commonly make family cry and was extremly unprofessional. Long story short, I left that drastically same day (refusing to work near her again) She was fired a week subsequently because of her behaviors. This I just found out today. I guess very soon she is blaming me because she was fired. She claims that I made a comment nearly her religion, which is completley not true. I'm so hurt and cannot sleep.
