Is it illegal for a trucker to...?

put a sign surrounded by his window that say, "Show me your hooters" and honk me? I am really tired of seeing things like this driving down the road.
Who can i beckon to complain about this?
Answers: Call anything company he's driving for.

A lot of those trucks have a sign on the put a bet on that say "How's my driving?" and distribute a phone number. Call it and tell the folks in that that the driving might be okay, but those signs and behaviors are offensive. It would be really concrete to enforce for the obvious reason, but at least in attendance would be record of that driver doing that, and conceivably it'll be a step in the right direction.

GG: If this be an office environment, not a truck doing a tour, it would be sexual harrassment. Free speech does not protect sexual harrassment.
Call the "Hows my driving" number on the back of the truck. I don't feel his employer would be too happy roughly this.

Plus his driving must suffer if he is paying more attention to breasts than the road.
I have no conception if it is illegal, though I would regard so.

At any rate, usually all truck companies enjoy a customer satisfaction smudge. Copy the truck number/ license plate and all phone up it in. They will stop if they keep hold of getting in trouble.

You could other call 911 from your cell phone subsequent time too.

Vic
freedom of speech, not illegal. if you do it consequently thats illegal, on your factor, sorry.
it is probably however a violation of company policy, so contact who he is driving for.
how in the region of u learn to shame? or u can just f u c k near them by taking their plate number and report them to the highway patrol as an aggresive driver or something like that.
simple if you don't similar to it then don't look
you nouns very petty to me
Sorry, no ruling against being a crass push.

There is usually information about the company he is driving for somewhere on the truck. Take down the information and contact them beside your complaint.
If it is a privatly owned truck then not a soul. This sign is not illegal. However if it is a company truck it is possible that the company does not want signes put on in that truck. You could call them and complain. Just remember that they will probabbly rebuff your request.
I am sorry that this bothers you but remember that we have freedom of speech contained by this country and this falls under that.
With freedom of speech, I would voice it would be okay for a guy to put it on his car, truck, SUV, anything he drives (despite it's crude message), however, by driving that truck, he is representing the company that is paying him to deliver their products, and I don't contemplate they would appreciate the message he's sending. Does Pepsi really want that sign on their product? I don't think so. Report that guy to the company. Let him put that second-hand goods on his own vehicle.
If its a company truck call the company. I'm hoping that the subsequent highway patrol car that pass him will be a female patrolman and that he is going at lowest one mile over the speed limit. Bet she will own something to show him that he's not expecting
There probably is no law against it. I suggest that you procure the license number of the tractor and the number of the trailer then distribute a letter to the company that owns the trailer and/or tractor and include the license number and the time, date and location where on earth you saw this and express your displeasure about this. Don't be distasteful just explain the details and why you are not relaxed about it. Don't suggest a punishment or share them what to do, just agree to them know that you are unhappy. A rant is treated only just like a rant and overlooked, but a clearly thought out well written communiqu¨¦ will get like mad of attention.

If it is an independent owner/driver send the data to the company on the trailer or to the company that is leasing the tractor if they are doing that.
No company requests to get a missive or phone call from anyone roughly speaking this kind of entry. In most businesses they figure that if they win a call that in attendance are between 10-20 silent ones out there that are consciousness the same item. When someone takes the time to write a missive then they touch that there are at tiniest 100+ silent people out at hand that are unhappy and no company desires that many downcast customers or potential customers.

When the trucker stops getting loads because someone complained the sign will come down and the word will get around.

This may be distasteful and disagreeable but probably not dishonest.
There is usually a number on the back of the truck that say "HOW's MY DRIVING?" Call it and let them know how you surface. I see a lot of crazy stuff when Im out chitchat to truckers.

I hate going into stores and audible range HIP HOP RADIO HOUR blasting..doesn't make for a angelic shopping experience.

We should all watch out not to offend respectively other in public.
The "How's My Driving" sign does NOT in general go to the trucking company itself but to a company that provides information to the company one and only giving a time/date/location of a specific driving hazard.

Get the heading of the trucking company off the tractor door itself. The trailer may be from a different company!

You should know how to research the company name provided on the tractor and follow through beside a direct complaint to the company.

There may be some difficulties if the driver is an owner/operator!

Though it may be aggrevating...you may also wish to chalk it up as stupidity on sector of the driver and ignore them.
Get the company he/they work for, write it down, and write down the plate. There really isn't much to do more or less someone saying "show me ur bewbs!!!1"...

How come.?

prostitution, drugs, euthanasia and lots of other stuff are legal contained by Holland?

Are the dutch government beyond doubt retarded?
If drugs were permissible here everyone in college would be mental or dead. WTF!!
Answers: The management isn't in charge surrounded by Holland. Unlike America, the people rule. They want these things permissible to avoid becoming a crime-ridden country like America. Since drugs become a health issue a bit than a crime issue 4 decades ago there have been a steady drop within the use of hard drugs and a drop contained by crimes related to drugs. Why would they change a system that works? Prostitution is a profession contained by Holland, and they have powerful union, so there is little likelyhood that any change can happen near. Most people agree it should be allowed. Across Europe, several countries have permitted prostitution. Euthanasia was legalized surrounded by the 90s due to public demand. What is retarded roughly speaking the government acting contained by accordance to the will of its people?
Odd point about things human being legal, they loose seriously of their allure. They are regulated and controlled and effectively less of a problem than an uncontrolled iffy trade.

I am not sure why Euthanasia, prostitution and marijuana aren't legal surrounded by more countries. Think about the taxation opportunity and the saved medical expenses..
much close to wine in france & italy, the 'forbidden fruit' aspect isnt nearby so the attraction is depleated. driving, at 1st we all want to drive so feebly. after being stuck surrounded by traffic, expenses, responsiilities, ect for the last masses years, the attraction is gone. most people stop drinkin, drugging & slutting after they evolve. as you can see, laws dont irradicate things, they of late drive the prices up. without the lawful risk, pot for instance, people could grow their own & near would be no drug trade for pot. prostitution is even harder to controll since the contraband is part of ones body. holland saw that the risk & cost be too high to try to controll diverse activities & instead made them market to be profited from. also about drugs, never is hear of the successful people who regularly consume them, entertainer for instance.

Do you have to skulk 6months after you get your authorization to get a license even if you are 16?

Answers: Yes. Even if you bring back your permit at 18, you STILL hold to wait the 6 months.
Depends on which state you are contained by. Go to the department of motor vehicles (or doesn`t matter what the licensing agent is within your state) & you should be able to find a booklet on license requirements. You maybe competent to find the info online if your DMV has a website.

Doctors suied for sex crimes?

doctor arested criminal ,guilty , wins civil outcome afte 1998 legal presdence mass.court
Answers: Yes... doctors can get sued for committing sex crimes - basically like everyone else within the U.S.
What is the question? Do you want doctors to be sued for sex crimes? Sue others for man arrested for them? I don't understand. But it sadden me when any individual in a position of trust, be they a police officer, doctor, legal representative, politician...

Well, recently in attendance was a doctor here within Florida who assaulted a woman in a pole. Raymond Adamcik, if you're curious you can google it. He'd be the one dressed as "Captain America", if you recall the story. Somehow the intial complaint have "worked it's way" down to nothing or almost nil. Drug charges reduced so he can keep his medical license, etc.. Personally, I give attention to no one should be above the imperative. But yeah, it's clear that money talks.

Do doctors still rob the oath to do no harm as a doctor? It sickens me when someone who take an oath against harm assaults anyone, contained by any way. It make them look like an idiot, and make other doctors look bad.

(Note : Doctor Adamcik is indeed innocent until he's proven guilty. I be just relaying information as it be given to me by media sources. He have every right to claim he didn't do what he was witnessed doing. ;-))

Are wills public records? How can I see a will?

I estimate there's something in within for me but my mom hides it from me. My great Aunt and Grandma passed when I be still a minor. I know they left a piece of property for me and my mom's given name is in it too. I want to know in the region of the house to see if it's only my mom's or is portion of it mine too, but my mom refuses to agree to me see the will. What can I do?
Answers: go to your local courthouse, probate division, and ask going on for a copy. Yes, wills are public record. You may involve ID and to fill out a form or something (I don't know) but the information is available.

A advocate isn't necessary at this stage, but may be if you enjoy to sue for what's yours.
Wills that have be probated are public records and anyone can shift into a courthouse and look at them.

Anyone who thinks a will that have been file for probate isn't a public record doesn't know what they are chitchat about.
This is not public information but you do enjoy a right to see a will of a family accomplice / relative.

If you are under 16 i don't have a sneaking suspicion that you have much speak on seeing the will.

The only road really is to see the solicitor that has the artistic copy of the will. If your family still refuse you seeing it then you will enjoy to seek official advise as dreadful as it may be having to do this!
They are not public copy at least not surrounded by the state of California. You could always try to contact the laywer that drew up the will and see if they could assist you with anything.

Good Luck!
okay first you need to linger till you are an adult , afterwards you need to grasp a lawyer and bring them to let you see the will , and they should know how to get you too see it even if your mom does not agree to you it would be best if you try and see where the will is because they are not public they are just for the family to see.

Is this in the "grey area" of copyright violation?

Okay, a few questions I hold about the grey areas, what are your opinion and what is official:

1.) Google Video offer videos to be downloaded. Is downloading shows here bad? Would I be reasonably responsible or Google for offering them?

2.) Youtube does not offer video for download. Is downloading them (the hard mode, converting, I think most know what I imply and I don't want to explain it.) bad?

3.) If you bring sound clips sour of a legally (?) downloaded Google Video clip is that allowed (only to listen to for my own use)?

4.) How about #3 on youtube?

5.) If you own the video file to work near and you download the sound clip from elsewhere (not stripping it from the video) that is to say unknown in legalness (I would assume illegal) is that bleak?

6.) If you own a movie (bought the DVD) is transfering it to a movie player (iPod, Archos, etc.) illegal?

7.) If you own an .mp3 record and either a.) loose it or b.) it's DRM encrypted, is it unlawful to download another?

Thanks
Answers: The issues you have presented can be consolidated into the following:

Can you download copyrighted textile for personal use without the express concurrence of the copyright holder? The answer is "yes". Downloading is not illegal. Uploading copyrighted things however, is illegal.

Can you knead material you hold downloaded for your personal use? The answer again is "yes". You therefore can strip audio, bowdlerize, convert the format, etc. all legally---once again for personal use singular.

If you have purchased copyrighted substance (DVD, MP3), can you convert it to another format or download a replacement for personal use? Yes, legally you can.

Violations of copyright imperative occur when someone (for save for personal use) copies, distributes, sells, rents, broadcasts, uploads, shares to the standard public or publicly exhibits copyrighted material short the express permission of the copyright holder. (You can market or rent an original item you enjoy purchased, but not an unlicensed copy).

As for my opinions on the copyright law; I do not agree with adjectives aspects of the copyright laws. Copyright canon has be amended extensively, and has deviated from the artistic purpose it was intended for. These amendments hold benefitted the copyright holders and not the general public.

However my opinion are moot, as people are presumed to fulfil the law.
Break it adjectives down to simple terms:

IF you do not see express consent to do something, it probably is not legal (when it comes to downloading)

Someplace on google video or youtube, near needs to be a document indicating what instances you can download and takeover. Otherwise, it isn't legal for you to download on any.

So even if someone steals checks and forges?

someones name and next gets give or take a few 15k from a bank they will not enjoy to serve any time? Well the restitution was remunerated off ..but wouldnt someone still own to serve some time?
Answers: That is up to the Judge and Prosecutor. Only the individual's lawyer can tolerate the person know what the minimum and maximum sentence would be.

Just because a party pays back the amount, it doesn't tight-fisted they can get away beside the crime and may still have to do some put in prison or prison time. But no one on here can answer your ask.
As previous answerers have pointed out, whether someone will own to serve some time is up to the court.

Generally courts determine sentences based on heaps factors presented at trial. Some of these would include whether the individual had previous criminal flurry, the emotional state of the human being, and whether the person have tried to remedy his wrongdoing.

If this was a first-time wrong, possibly the court may feel that paying off the money was adequate of a lesson. If the person repeats the crime however, you can be sure the court will look differently on a adjectives sentence.

Moral dilemma with attorney taking money from estate clients.?

So the common rule of thumb is an average 5% of the value of the decedent's estate. I hold seen the attorney whip more than 19% in cases where on earth there is no nearest and dearest and he was name Executor. One has one surviving home member within another country and money that has come into play just now that i know the he will pocket. Send a letter to the relative? Deal beside the state bar? Lose my work?
Answers: I've seen an attorney shift to jail for this type of stuff.

Where I work (Manitoba), here is a tariff which sets out what a lawyer can charge. (3% on first 10,000, 2% on subsequent 60,000, 1% on next 200,000 and beyond that by agreement and or writ of the court). A lawyer can however, apply to the court for an increase within fees or get the consent of the beneficiaries to increase his/her fees.

We are handling a million plus estate right very soon, there are 32 beneficiaries (all recieving a different percent amount) and the woman's assets be in just about 30 different financial institutions...due to this it is only unprejudiced that we are paid more than the tariff amount.

Also, where on earth I live an Executor is allowed to charge a fee for handling the estate, but NOT if the executor is also the advocate.
Before you rush into anything, remember that by law the name Executor must be paid for his/her services and time working within the capacity of an Executor. The Executor's time and services cost is merely regulated by the Probate Court.

The attorney you are speaking about be named contained by the Will as the Executor, this was a choice made by the lifeless. The deceased clearly would know that appointing an attorney to be the Executor would cost the estate more and be more accurate than appointing say Aunt Mary. Although if Aunt Mary be appointed as Executor she too would be paid for her time. As an Executor the attorney can bill the estate by his/her usual hourly rate charged for similar services.

Your rule of thumb is in recent times that an average, not a law, not TRUE rule, only a mere guesstimate. The facts you enjoy presented do not indicate that the attorney in press has violated the imperative.

If you have concerns going on for billing, the proper avenue is to ask the attorney about your "rule of thumb" and why it isn't other followed. If you still believe there is a problem you may want to speak near the Probate judge who is assigned to the Will mortal worked on.
