I don't work surrounded by the public sector, but my view on things is that you know the income when you apply for a certain available job and if you want more money, you work your backside off to draw from a promotion, work overtime or you find a different job beside more money.

Its disgusting the agency the government treat the vigour care workers they are so impressive yet they are constantly anyone challenged by target and trying to treat patients with no money for their medication and unbelievably low pay tremendously long hours plus regular training days. you sound to me you are within the wrong profession Jon P you do not strike in the medical world or work to rule as in that are patients who will suffer and you will get ripened also and i get the display your attitude might change //the sick and the age depend on you so purely think on and if you find you cant do that simply leave you wont be missed
I have a sneaking suspicion that that nurses should, looking at the job that they do, be compensated more.
However, at least you are getting a pay cheque rise. My mother works for Barclays bank, and have done so for the last 15 years. She isn't freshly another teller, but a programmer and business analyst who works surrounded by their main building within canary wharf, yet she hasn't recieved a payment rise in 7 years (which is more of a rate cut that lb600).

im an engineer, nurses receive paid more than i do, but i still manage to get a morgage, not 1 for a switch worker, cheaper housing, run my car , and live my life span, you have to work to win what you want in time, ive had 1 income rise in 5 years, 1 1/2 % . so stop whining and work, if i strike, somthing dont go and get made, if you strike, somone dies !!!! can you live with that for a few lb extra ???????????

Answers: Actually, a diploma is a diploma is a diploma. A appropriate example of this. A guy that works in my wifes department has be pushing himself off as a doctor. He have the diploma to prove it. Unfortunately for him the company finally got around to doing his conditions check after two years and he was fired. Thats in the order of the extent of the action that can be taken.
The really mournful part of the story is that he be able to in safe hands a new position beside a different company base on the work he did for the company my wife works for. So did he really lose anything or did he gain?

Turns out the idiot screwed himself by doing some other things wrong and be fired from that company.
