How does one actually collect the money awarded contained by a small claims court in Texas?

I won a $3000 decree in a Texas small claims court over 2 years ago and hold yet to collect a dime. Wages can't be garnish, the sherrif and police could care smaller number, the court that awarded the money seemes indiferent. So how in the world to I collect the money I be awarded in the suit?

I don't know about Texas, but within the one small claims court filing I made (about $1700, I think), after a indubitable number of days (30, maybe 45) I call the clerk and they said I could get a "non-attendance of funds" filing.
