Legalizing marijuana?

should it be legal? what are your thoughts?

alcahol kill.. why is that legal and pot not?
Answers: make conform it, it doesn't make ethnic group lazy!! some ethnic group cant handle themselves idiots!!! its adjectives about moderation and parenthood
Marijuana should not be made legal because it is a drug that alters the mind and does injure to the body even when used in MODERATION.

In layman's lingo, one beer does no harm to your body and does not draw from you high, whereas, one toke past its sell-by date of a joint does.
it's not legalized because it would be practically impossible to control it.
Unlike alcohol which can be heavily taxed, and also detected near a quick breathalyser. Theres no such piece for weed.

other than that, the drug companies would stand to lose billions if this ever become legal, because marijuana have the same effect on the body as heaps other way more expensive drugs out here.
so the government puts out ridiculous amounts of propaganda to 'educate' the crowds on the danger of marijuana. Anyone that has ever picked up a quantifiable book will quickly see how false those really are.
You can drink one chalice of alcohol and not be affected, instead it doesn't take much Marijuana. Second, Marijuana alters your brain chemistry, and enjoy a high risk of doing physical damage to the brain. It build's plaques on the blood vessel adjectives off blood supply to your brain cause memory lost. Studies has shown it increases the arbitrary of schizophrenia or other psychological disorder.

Despite what people say aloud , Marijuana can be controlled when it is legalized. Look how much we tax Tobacco, and we don't enjoy that many unsanctioned tobacco farms.
Even though I don't smoke myself and yearning that others would smoke it in moderation individual, I strongly feel marijuana should be legalized.

Why? Well, I simply don't see how you're hurting anybody but yourself when you smoke, and I ponder we should all be responsible for our own condition and actions.

One could construct the argument that pot-smoking causes you to exploit crazy and therefore become a "trouble to society," but I don't buy that at all: Stone-cold sober populace are sometimes a menace! ... while the pothead quietly inhales away within his little studio apartment -- not bothering a soul. (Just thinkin' of some people I know here ;-)

I don't believe a individual is *more* likely to do wound because he has smoked pot contained by other words. Given that smoking pot makes you slothful, maybe you are smaller quantity likely.

Lastly, law against marijuana certainly do *not* cut down on the actual smoking of the herb any more than Prohibition law, that were within effect in the hasty 20th century, prevented the drinking of alcohol.
Yes it should be legal, for a million reason. At the same time it will never be legally recognized in our lifetime for a million reason. I am a smoker and one bowl, or joint, or blunt, or bong rip of weed could draw from me 'high' but on the other hand one drink whether it be a 12 oz beer, 4 oz wine, or 1.5 oz of rugged liquor can get me 'buzzed' Put it this path, I can do ANYTHING no matter how glorious, or how much I have smoked. When drinking however I can not drive straight, can not conjecture straight, can't do anything right.
Have you ever smoked, until you blacked out, and couldnt remember anything in the morning while you consistency like **** for the subsequent day and a partially...I doubt it...Now have you ever drank so much that you don't remember partially the night, including how you get home, who the person is you only woke up next to, how you get scrapes and bruises adjectives over yourself, why your breath tastes close to puke, and why do you have a headache that won't move about away? Probably So.
I could write all hours of daylight on this subject, and love to debate it with anyone, but to sum it up Pot = angelic..alcohol = bad. My vote is to standardize this God given plant.
Pot does make you slow

BTW - it is spelled Alcohol

Do I have a armour? if so what kind?

i am going through cultural discrimination at work. i enjoy had workforce call out of work and some enjoy showed up but refused to clock within because they didnt want to work around certain ppl. the negotiator knows this but really hasnt done anything in the region of it. every little thing i do they dance and tell one of their friends so that they can complain to the bureaucrat because they dont want me there. nearby have be other cases where a unshakable type of race of manager didnt last long at this store because of like issues i am dealing with.
Answers: Have you approached the proprietor to get this problem taken exactness of? How do you know what the manager know. Can you read his mind? What do you do that everyone tells someone. Is it an ethnic problem or is it your attitude? You own nothing but what you meditate happened and what you cogitate they are thinking.

Maybe you are right that there is a problem but what if it's your identity or personal hygiene and has nil to do with your "race"?

Can you be buried on your own land and what regulations are in that?

Answers: It depends on what state you live in. I would send for a local funeral home for the regulations.
Very good cross-examine! I have wondered impossible to tell apart thing.
Wonder what the ruling states for the State of Alabama?
How would I find out?
As far as Im aware having looked it up several years ago..yes you can.

However, the departure needs to be registered and the body "released to the subsequent of kin for their disposal. They can then choose whether the body is interred and where on earth.

If it is not a public burial site and they are opting for private house then they stipulation to apply for various permissions ( I believe this can be done beforehand if it is something you are going to want to do contained by future) normally public robustness, pollution, public nuisance(ie re your closeness to your neighbours) and maybe planning. Considerations include convenience to other dwellings, local water supply (including the local river table), and also gas, electricity supplies ( in skin servicing work is required at a later date!) whether a headstone/monument is to be erected or not, also possibly local nouns plans.

If the property is mortgaged then the mortgage companys authorization is required.

There may be local restrictions or differences in what is required. I suggest you contact you local council and they will report to you what is needed for your specific area.

One point is to be aware how long your people aims to be in possession of the topography. My family enjoy no intention of selling the land concerned and my brother, his children and my parents currently live inwardly its boundaries so its future appears to be guaranteed for the subsequent 60 years at least. We are planning a loved ones cemetery. Any adjectives land owner may know how to remove the remains and it may affect someone wishing to buy the property

I required a cremation and was told that be also possible but that the fire brigade also had to be notify and certain conditions again met re condition and safety and pollution.

Hope this help!
I think you can. My wife's ancestors are buried on their private churchyard and that goes spinal column about 300 years- and I live within a not very organised country- unlike yours.

Look up "Imogiri" on flickr.
Yes. You can be buried anywhere beside the landowner's permission. You do hold to check with the council, though, but they can't impose sanctions you on principle. You just hold to meet constant conditions (like being motionless, for instance), which they'll tell you just about.

Piercing laws?

do u have a sneaking suspicion that that people below 16 should be allowed to get a bodu piercing in need parental consent??
Answers: no.
almost everything u do at 16, as u age and look back, u construe to yourself - "what the h3ll was i thinking!"

hence the illustrious price of auto insurance for 16 year olds.
Former piercer and NO its just not not dangerous because they will just jump where ever and not basis it off of whats vital and it can result in so oodles lawsuits as well as only just so many probability of a younger person doing it to prove their point to their parents and getting an infection and going septic. which as frequent know can and very may take out you.
for safety and parenthood sake no
i was that kid who looked-for piercings but knew better because of the certainty that it wasnt safe my parents allowed secure ones and i paid for the rest.
see if a sixteen year old get nipples hood or any penial piercings what happens within regards to the fully developed who pierces them as well as the certainty they may not tell anyone if it hurts or get infrected that could lead to a large amount of young destruction.
I don't think society under 16 should be allowed to go and get body piercing done period - beside parental consent or not.

Now before you turn thinking "old bat a moment ago doesn't like body piercing" -- au contraire. I enjoy no issue with body piercing contained by fact both me and my husband enjoy piercings (and tats) but we had them done when we be old adequate to rationalize the impact that they could have on our adjectives - both job prospect sage and health knowledgeable.

An ill planned piercing can present a hinderance after that in vivacity when looking for a job or applying to colleges -- facade to face interviews can be difficult when you hold 4 rings in your lip, two eye nouns rings,.etc. I think that those who decide to modify their body involve to do it after well planned thought -- surrounded by my line of work apparent piercings and tattoo's would be unacceptable - and natural could have ruined what have been a deeply lucrative career choice for me.
Susie give you an excellent answer. You have to judge about it. why is nearby a law contained by the first place? For one major infections and such do come to pass. So legal liability come into play. They lump body and facial in one.

But the big point is as stated. If one is older one can do as they desire and consider the impact on their life. How various super successful people do you know or hold seen on TV that own piercings or tats? None.

I have see this in the corporate world. Even if a character took them out years before you can other see the evidence. This causes subtle nouns. The person kick butt at their job but it puts them contained by a category. In any job type if one desires to be sure to go to the top piercings are out. The assumption is that one is not protected and confident but needs them to variety a statement. Wrong in a instrument but life is time.

Plus society is changing toward conservative again. I be reading that revenue from tat removal and surgery to erase piercings has closing year for the first time outstripped reported revenues for giving them. It was a elected representatives report.

Relate it to this. All the rage for women be to get the lower final tatoo. Now it is called a "tramp stamp" or a "target".

No it should be 18. If you want anything next go for it.

Why was vermont"s regulation of greenhouse gas emission not preempted by federal environmental statutes?

fuel economy standards
Answers: Preemption depends upon the exact style of particular statutes.

In heaps cases, federal law creates minimal standards. In such cases, a state is authorized to enact complex standards.

In other cases (e.g. cigarette labels), the federal laws expressly prohibits any more restrictive state law.

Finally, there are some areas where on earth federal law largely prohibits state laws but allows some exception. Many environmental statutes own an express provision allowing California to adopt tougher standards and authorizing other states to follow California's standards.

Finally, preemption is always a covering of statutory interpretation. Preemption does not prevent a state from passing a statute, it merely process that a court is supposed to ignore the state tenet and follow the federal law. (Legislatures ratify all kind of invalid and unconstitutional laws on a somewhat regular argument.) Ultimately, whether a federal law preempts a state canon is a matter for the U.S. Supreme Court. A result by a lower court (regardless of whether it finds that a state law is preempted or that a state directive is not preempted) is not the last word on the issue.
One is state, one is federal. On issues such as the environment federal comes first.

Is it illegal to seize a tattoo of a copyrighted logo?

I really want a tattoo of the WWF panda. I do not want it to say WWF, I only want the panda. I am a member and an alive supporter of the WWF and this is just another bearing of support for me, I don't want to upset anyone or get surrounded by trouble for it...
Answers: Technically, the WWF logo is copyrighted - with or short the letters. Realistically, not a soul of any importance will ever find out more or less your tattoo, so if it makes you thankful, go for it.

My guess is that as a charitable alliance, the WWF would probably give blessing if you were to request it, but that might be a long drawn out process.

One channel to avoid *any* issue is to have the artist modify the panda logo slightly. Then it's a "take-off" a bit than a direct copyright infringement.
(:
I'm imagining a prison surrounded by the underbelly of Disneyland full of people beside copyrighted character tats.

Copyright infringement involves using someone else's trademark for commercial purposes. Unless you are planning to get rid of your body and are using the logo to promote your goods, you'll be fine.

Technically, the tattoo artist might enjoy a problem because he/she's making a profit from someone else's art. But do tat artists really get audited? I don't ruminate anyone will care.
