From which place/court should i get the probation(proof of authenticity) of the will?
My uncle lived within Amritsar. He made a will in my mark regarding a house he owned contained by New Delhi. I also live in Amritsar.Now he have expired.

In case in attendance exist no such provision laid down in the said will later it shall be the discretion of the judge to dispose of such petition for probation at any of these places. Answers: One of the reasons you might not know how to find them all is 1) you own one office christen incorrect--it is not County Attorney, it is County Counsel (civil) or District Attorney (criminal); and 2) the Orange County Superintendent of Schools heads the Department of Education, not a conservatory district. You also need to spell Assessor correctly (but that be probably just a typo), and the auditor is properly the auditor--controller.
