Answers: possibly becouse they dont walk around angry that you get the extra break for 30 min instead of 15 min. get a duration and stop stressing about stuff that wont metamorphose.

Edit: Maybe it's because they speak two language - do you speak Spanish? Maybe they're smarter than you. Maybe the boss knows their mom. Maybe it doesn't enjoy much to do with Mexicans, but more to do beside the fact that you're not chiefly employable.

Answers: I am not sure of this but it sounds similar to what we call a guardian flier litem in KS. This is an attorney appointed by the court to represent the best interest of a minor child contained by a domestic or child in obligation of care bag. This attorney has authority to investigate cases and interview the child and own flesh and blood, teachers, and others and construct recommendations to the court as to what he or she believes the court should do.

There are also general public known as court appointed special advocate (CASA) that do not have to be attorneys. They advocate for the child and his or her best interest. They function as a check and balance within a domestic case; providing a voice for the child .

LEGAL Q! HELP Termites Coming Back After Full House Fumigation!?

I had my house fully fumigated October 2006, description it was covered the total house entirely, and fumigated for sub and med. termites (two different kinds).
Now, since last week I hold found 4 living termites flying around, and none since the whole year. I am upset.
Could it be they did not do a biddable job the company, or are they coming from the neighbor subsequent door?
She rents, but I do not want to ask her, and if she does have termites from her home coming to mine, could I sue or what act can I take against her property regulation company? Or do I have to send for my company up again?

Answers: If you had your home treated, you probably have some kind of warranty for the work.these would probably be surrounded by the nature of 90 days or so. Unless you purchased an extended warranty which may cover unmarked treatments for the purchased period. Check for warranty coverage since you do anything else.

My dentist did something psychologically wrong... do I have any rights?

I am liberal politically, but when I go to the dentist yesterday, she insisted on talking roughly speaking conservative politics. She went on and on and right after I said I be liberal, the treatment began to hurt much worse than beforehand. She also asked me to refrain from speaking as she continued on her conservative rant. Do I enjoy any rights? Can her license be taken away?

Can a public school (in CA) require a parent to income a specific $ amount in decree to fund an academic program?

My son is a 7th grader at our local public academy and today he brought home a rather threatening message stating that each parent MUST contribute a specific $$ amount surrounded by order to assist fund the science department at the school. According to this notification we must pay this $$ amount immediately or, if we are unable to settle up the entire fee very soon, there is a pay-out plan available.

I am wondering about the leaglity of this, considering it is a public institution and this is a regular academic program (i.e. this is my son's regular science class). The memo is chock full of the words "mandatory" and "required" etc. which leads me to believe that I MUST rate this fee. I can afford the excise but i am sure that there are various parents who cannot, and may feel coerced by this communiqu��. Any info on how legal or unjust this may be is grealty appreciated!

Answers: contact your city counsel member or mayor if your town is small and ask why your duty money for schools is not paying for this. Then explain that you will inevitability to got to the the Fourth Estate for a better explanation if they give you the run around. Extortion is not permitted even for the school dept and local management.
