im in my later year of high college.. im looking into colleges and what not.. ive always be really interested in court reporting? is it a fitting career to receive into or should i not waste my time?Answers: Take it from a court reporting student who is almost to graduate. You do not have to enjoy gone to law academy. It's not easy, but if you are staunch you can do it.
Good court reporters can make a comfortable living. The trick is to narrative accurately and produce your work in a timely trend. It can be hard work. You own to concentrate for long periods of time.

If it is really true that they are concerned near the plight of the ordinary Hindus, consequently why not declare within all Hindu temple that they own that untouchability does not belong to the true teaching of Hinduism? As far as I know Indian Muslims and Christians are more tolerant towards the "untouchable" Hindus than oodles of their co-religionists are.
I do not have problem next to Hinduism because many of my friends are Hindus. In reality when I was within my home country, I used to attend lectures about Hinduism and visit Hindu temples. I also read Vedas. My concern lies on who interpret the teachings of Hinduism. If we permit a bunch of Hindu extremists interpret Hinduism for us, then it is the light of day of death for India's democracy and the tolerant edification of Hinduism.
As Muslims are striving to reclaim Islam from the hands of Muslim extremists similar to the followers of Al Qaeda, isn't it time that Hindus also reclaim Hinduism from the hands of Hindu extremists?
If that happen Indians can live side by side as Indians, like they used to do for hundreds of years, lacking discrimination, agitation for life, surrounded by security and democracy...
Hinduthva stands for the principles which hold united the folks of india since antiquity. These are the roots which tie people contained by various parts of india together. It is the cultural ethos of bharat. It stands for secularism, equality, protection of minorities, and freedom to live existence on your own terms. It is one proud of your cultural heritage and loving your country.
The preamble of the constitution, Art. 25 to 30, Art. 14 and Art. 21 are some examples of hinduthva. India would not have have such an inclusive constitution had it not be for the principles of hinduthva as epitomized by gandhiji, nehru, patel, azad, ambedkar etc.

Answers: Child support is supposed to be used for the child, food, clothes, roof over your hear etc. Maybe you should say to your mom "I know your putting the money you take from my father towards me by keeping a roof over my head and feed me-but is there anyway I can bring a little respectively month to do some extra things I want to do."
The $ is supposed to be used for you, not by you.

The money paid contained by child support is for the expense of caring for the child on a monthly foundation. So unless you are looking to utilize that money your portion of food, housing, medical expenses, etc then no you enjoy no legal right to the money.
btw, typically the child support money does not come to hand the expenses required to care for a child.
