Could I somehow garnish my ex husband's untried wife's pay check for child support he owes?

If they are married and own joint property can I trimmings her wages? They can sanction a joint commentary and/or property so why not her paycheck since he's not working solely to dodge child support. (I know it will catch up near him someday, but my bills are due today and the kids have desires today)

Nope, they can't sanction her paycheck. It wouldn't be fair to her to punish her for something that someone else, whom she is not the guardian of, have done in former times.

No,it isn't her responsibility to support your children. If they file a communal return,there is a possibility that her compensation could be given to you,but there are forms for her to flood out to prevent that from happening.
The issue is near your ex husband,not his new wife. I don't apprehend how women can be so vindictive towards each other. She is not the incentive of your problem with the ex not paying his child support. I read between the lines where you are coming from,I go many years short child support,but she has no trial obligation within this matter.

Naming kids after swear words?

I've wondered for a long time if it's legal to pet name your kid after a swear word or phrase, or something equally dirty, and if they could even be called by their term in institution.

No, I'm not thinking about naming a kid something crude, I'm basically curious if there's a limit to how... Creative you're allowed to achieve with your child's pet name. And if in academy teachers would bid them by that name.

Answers: I don't know if it is against the law but if you have a boy you could reasonably name him Heywood Jablowme (your later name), and after he gets elder he could just not use his finishing name at adjectives.
I'm not sure about reasonably or ethically, but I'm pretty sure if you tried to name your kids one of those name you'd have child services adjectives over you.

It would be legal. you can dub a kid whatever you want. Remeber when Prince changed his christen to a symbol. If he can change his term to a symbol you can name your kid what you want. In the US, here is no requirement to trademark a pen-name -- and doing so only prevents others from using it as all right -- it doesn't actually traffic with any of the trial implications of mortal a business.

As for DBA -- long as the contracts are in your own entitle, your publisher can put whatever label they want on the book -- there is no requirement that your legalized name be on the book. So, as long as someone else hasn't trademarked the term -- the publisher can put any name or title on the book.

DBA one and only applies when contracts are in the alternate (fake) autograph of the business, or for business advertising purposes if the business is one that consumers will pop in.
If you plan to publish you should go ahead and win a trademark. This will protect you and your work down the road. It will also help prevent money problems and claims against your work. It's not that you own to, but better safe later sorry.

To DNA or not to DNA?

Just read answers regarding everyone anyone DNA'd and whether it's a good belief. I think it is but of those who thought in attendance shouldn't be a nationwide DNA date groundwork no-one explained why they thought that way. Having everyone's DNA taken would bear a long time but, eventually, crimes would be much easier to solve. Innocent people would not be accuse of crimes they did not commit and in the long run criminals would realise they be going to get caught sooner fairly than later. I hear individuals in the medium saying its against human rights to do this but what something like the human rights of the victims of crime. Please will someone answer this question other. DNA will prove the guilty guilty and the innocent innocent so what is wrong with giving your DNA?
Answers: I agree beside your logic and don't understand (in this case) the concern for "big brother". However, I would similar to to go a step further. I would similar to to see our children, our Highest level Government official and our military personnel "chipped' so they could be tracked by GPS. Because the police are corrupt as hell! DNA appears to be the full proof but is it really? And there will still be a problem near idenitcal twins. What about transfered DNA? Wouldn't hardened criminals start planting it? And how could a innocent being prove that their DNA was planted?

This is purely my opinion of the give somebody the third degree you posted. I do agree it would in the long run be easier to solve crimes by have the persons DNA within a database. Now taking every criminials or civilians DNA to put in a database you completely well could put it within a computer database, but where within the heck are you going to store it all? How are you going to harmonize the orginial sample of DNA? Though it can be adjectives put in a database, I know we are within the technology era and this is not likely to take place, but if the computer crashed or files got stolen etc, you would entail the orginial sample of DNA that instrument you can still solve a crime without human being stuck at a dead termination and such. Also, politicians me personally a moment ago basing it rotten of the administration we hold and politicians might see it as a unrealistic goal, or not worth dedicate Billions of dollars to get it up and running and such. I do believe though the world would be a much better place if in that in the 1st place be no such thing as crime and murders and stuff close to that. Unfortantly, there is and thats a shame but everyone basically has to promise with that I guess. Anyway, conceivably I gave you some insight? Having a national DNA database would not be foolproof. What about if crooked aliens entered the country and murdered innocent general public? How would our database help in attendance. Surely it would only identify the comatose? The perpetator, not having registered would be still on the loose.
DNA could also be planted at scene of crime. It would only embezzle a few hairs from an innocent individuals comb to possibly convict them for a crime they had no piece in.

Depends what they're going to use it for. At present, it is mostly a crime fighting tool. It is not the be adjectives and end adjectives of such tools but can be useful. DNA is not the panacea that most ancestors think it is. In UK, it is not as official as fingerprint evidence which is irrefutable - DNA will give the destiny that it is the defendant (usely one in a few millions that it's not) and some form of corroboartion is required.

As to corrupt officer using it to frame suspects, that applies to any evidence.

What concerns me is what other agencies will use it for. It's getting to the stage where, even if a taster is not identified, a possible surname can be given for the suspect. What if it is used to assess whether someone is genetically likely to commit crime, get a disease or whatever. That is getting into exceedingly dangerous waters - remember the Nazi use of eugenics.

What are the legal hours of work for staff at a boarding institution?

I am a matron at a boarding school and work every dark of the week except saturday night (and i can be call to work these) .
I have a afternoon off a week (from 7 am - 10pm) but hold to be back on duty contained by the night. Each light of day i have 3 hours sour and I finish on saturdays at 5 and am back on duty 7 on sundays. All contained by all I find around 53 hours off a week. So I work over 100 hours a week and I am exhausted!!!! Of course at hand are perks to my living, I have accomodation and holidays but I am severely tired and would like to know what time bad I'm entitled too.
