How to file charges of extortion from the USA against an business surrounded by India?

She could go to your local council and bring back on the housing list, but she would probably enjoy to wait a few years to gain a council house, as she would be a low priority. Alternatively you could actually write a message to her saying that due to denial of room, personal circumstances or such, you are unable to put her up anymore, and that she have to find alternative accommodation, and contribute her a months notice. She can consequently go to the homeless booth of your local council, saying that she is unqualified to find/afford private rented accommodation and she will be homeless by the date she have given.

In the meantime, she can check out the local job spotlight, newspapers and register beside temping/employment agencies for work. This time of year supermarkets tend to take on extra force for seasonal work. I hope all works out for her x
