If the parents haven't mentioned any injury before in a minute then I'd reckon it pretty damning evidence. We'll just own to wait and see.

Answers: The small claimis statute sets out the things you can sue for in that court. Punitive damages is not among them. Your wanting it to be does not correction that.

It depends upon your state's law. In states where nunchucks are importantly illegal (except for the rubber practice ones), it is legalized to use deadly force.
In California, it is a minor crime to have a concealed gun than to possess nunchucks.

You've been watching too several movies. Nunchucks are not a practical street weapon and you need a clad amount of training just to use them short knocking yourself contained by the head, so it's extremely unlikely that any punk would be carrying them. I would speak, however, that legally it's equal as somebody swinging a baseball bat or a knife at you.
