I don't guess there is secure murder. They'd probably do 2nd degree or something since it wasn't premeditated.

Perhaps they'd telephone call it a homicide instead of murder since there be no malice and possibly they'd see exoneration. It would depend on the homicide investigation and the courts.

Think about it... you could be prosecuted and tried for murder if your be to pull the plug on a terminally in poor health person and give a hand him die... even if that dying person give you his consent.

Truthfully, I'd probably be amazingly angry and bitter towards everyone and kill myself because a quarter of my natural life was misspent. But, that's just me..

Answers: Sue the state. Money can't spawn up for lost time, but after twenty years, I'd deserve some compensation for the fact that I probably couldn't find a position, wouldn't know how to use today's technology, etcetera.
