So here is the situation - Police do a turn out on a house - they do have a no knock warrent - they find zilch illegal within the premises - so everyone is charged with disorderly conduct and two empire are charged with manager of house hold -Went to court and plead not guilty to both charges because there be nothing surrounded by the house - ( correction one person have weed on them but it was not plenty for sale single consumption and it was inside their pocket they werent even charged near possession ) - i made the mistake of requesting a bench trial because i was assuming at tiniest one of the charges if not both be to be thrown out - the judge at first refuse to allow me a lawyer said the charges werent meaningful enough if be a non jailable offense to grant me a public protector - ( i dont make ample to hire a lawyer ) so after entering my plea and them shifting the court date a few times - ( less than 3 ) we go back and they tried to obtain us to cop a plea ( cont )
Answers: That's why it is best to have legitimate representation. The system of law inside the United States has some clever "loopholes" to seize you. What's so bad just about this, is that those that are "innocent" are usually the ones who get stricken beside "jail time" and other "impossible situations." I wish you nouns. I think you are motto that you copied the little angels part from another business. Generally if you are using your baptize in the business moniker there is no problem, but the other associates might have a satchel against you for trying to trade on their reputation.

he sued my wife and i for full custody and it was awarded.three months then he dropped her on our doorstep and said he couldn't handle it.

If so, SHE needs to sue for child support. You aren't entitled to anything because it's not your child.

Answers: The jena 6 incident is a heart-rending one and you should be prepared to hear alot of racism arise from within some of the white ppl on here. Unless your a minority primarily black, latino, or middle eastern you cant really understand the racism that still exist today Im singular sixteen years old beside no criminal record and Ive be harrased by cops multiple times becuase they see a black kid dressed in urban looking clothes so hes automatically a gangster. NASD license background Check limitations?
I am applying for a Financial Advisor Position, so I own to undergo an FBI environment fingerprint check. I will have to theory test for the NASD Series 7 licensing and Series 66. I own several misdemeanor arrests 30 years ago, none of which have anything to do next to money, but they do have to do near moral character, which I have very little of 30 years ago. I own nothing else on my copy since then. Some of these resulted within misdemeanor convictions in another state. Can anyone bring up to date me if these will be checked or if they will show up on my background check? I am more red than anything else about disclosing these, but I am predisposed to face the humiliation if necessary.Answers: They will show up, and lucklessly they will probably disqualify you from the position you are seeking, unless you disclosed them to your prospective employer on the application. Even disclosing them may motivate your prospective employer to hire another candidate.
you can write to the state department of the state where on earth the convictions occurred and ask for a excuse, which will remove them from your records.

You should folder your trade name. In my state, the first ones to vote anything is the office that handle trade names each day.
The confusion issue may depend on how close to each other you guys are. Are you competing for the exact same customers? If you guys are some distance from respectively other, that should mitigate the confusion issue.
I am desperate...should I get on public assistance?
I am a single mom near three small children. My ex has compensated $250 in the ultimate month in support. I hold tried and tried and tried to get support but hold run myself into a HUGE debt with attorneys fees. He quits or change his hours or becomes self employed so the DCSS can't preserve up with him. I call for money now. Things are so doomed to failure. I'm living with my parents. Well, social services (California) told me I would hold to give up my support to adopt their pay. I'm afraid to do that because he does reimburse a lot some months but it's never a sure piece. Would I have to hand over up what the court ordered him to pay? He is almost $40,000 contained by arrears right now so if I grant it up, that's a lot of money...gone. But if I don't carry social services, I don't see how we're going to make it. Please recommend. We get along very well just didn't click. I file for child support, and the court will send him a summons to a court audible range. He lives in a different state and I don't want to product a burden on him as he is more than willing to pay packet child support. Is it possible, he doesn't have to walk explaining the situation or just be on the phone while the audible range takes place?Answers: If he have rec'd a summons, yes he has to jump.
He can (and should) contact the court he is to appear in. It is possible to be involved within a 3 way conversation/court audible range. My wifes ex had to do this.
