As it be not insured and it happened whilst surrounded by the post. the buyer needs to speaking to their local post department. Once it is out of your hands it is after not your responsiblity. If it had a hole within the bag, powerfully doesnt that say something. Did you present insurance for the Item? Its your word against theirs. Check their rating are they genuine? If you can prove that you sent it, such as your bill. this will show that weight etc. Keep communicating beside this person until it can be resolved, but also hold on to all emails and messages that be sent for your own security. Lodging - my rights..the risks?
I considering doing this for a year to pay my debts.If I'm correct, I believe that living beside my landlord make me an 'excluded tenant' with virtually no rights. I'm concerned that some landlords might run advantage of this position beside lodgers and behave unreasonably and inconsiderately, simply because they can.
I have a positive experience of house sharing from Uni and a flawless idea going on for bills, whats reasonable to agree to etc.. my concern is what issues may slouch beneath the surface.
What can I do to stop myself being general open? Is within something I should say, ask, brand them agree to, or sign that would put me in a fairer position? I'm conversation about everything from agreeing a move contained by date, to notice, to refund deposits to general way of life etc...

My advice to you would be to advocate your friend to give his attorney everything he desires and let the legitimate machine process his satchel.
