My cousin be inside of a store in the precinct, he has this concept where he take a clearance tag and puts it on a expensive item and pays for it. he change tags surrounded by the dressing room where not a soul can watch him. since it is against the directive to have cameras surrounded by the dressing room. well, he notice that 2 people posing as a couple be following him and his wife around, so when they got to the register,he told the teller that he didnt want the items (he had a doomed to failure feeling) well, his wife notice that the couple said "okay lets go" and followed him and his wife out of the store. They did not arrest them because they didnt in reality walk out next to the items and they took off, the grant card that they were going to purchase the items next to, the balance be removed. Can they be arrested or tracked down for this? Even though, they walked out next to nothing?Answers: I would vote there is nil to worry give or take a few the people a the store are not going to spend the cost to try to invasion and charge him in this grip. But they are on to him now so they will leave behind the information and descriptions on to all the shelter and store owners, (and not in freshly this mall) So they are on to him this maybe a practise he desires to stop.
It is still theft anyway you look at it and is a crime. I speak to bad they didn't take in for questioning him every time someone does this kinda thing the prices travel up in the stores to remuneration for the loss so he has only cost everyone more money.
He may not have truly stolen something so that's not exactly shoplifting, but his intent to defraud by varying the price tags is merely as deviant. He deserves whatever happen to him. Why couldn't he just be honest and reimburse the right price? Then he would have no worries.

3. verbal contracts suffice, but it really depends on how it adjectives went down.

Does a civil fine effect a background check?
i recieved a civil fine this year, but they said i would luckily "escape criminal charges" so i have to pay and what not but i dont enjoy any criminal charges. umm...im curious if the civil fine will show up on a background check. (i only just applied for a job at costco)
