My girlfriend and I suspect that our apartment have mold. We asked our landlord to please own it checked out. The next year she (the landlord) said somebody came by to check it out while we be at work and said there be no mold. How can it have be a design flaw? It makes no sense. A design flaw wouldn't specify head based paint - it might specify the wrong colour possibly. Maybe Mattel hold upset their Chinese supplier by getting them a lot of doomed to failure publicity recently, and in a minute the Chinese won't supply them with cheap toys unless they deflect the blame from China. It wouldn't surpirse me - after adjectives Mattel are in business to trademark money and cheap labour and merchandise from China are essential to continued high profits.

Knee injury & surgery resulting from poorly constructed deck -legal action?

I suffered a severe knees injury that required ACL surgery. I fell off my deck because the handrail were too short and I completed up missing out on almost 3 steps. I stepped down and crushed my the joint resulting within tears to the cartilage and the ligaments. I took almost a month off from my school/research (i am a PhD student) and taken partly days where I hold had to travel to the doctor or to physical therapy, this have set me back within my studies quite a bit. What should I expect as a settlement award from the insurance company if my medical insurance be able to completely cover the cost of my medical expenses? Shouldnt I know how to recieve compensation for pain and suffering and loss of mobility etc.? Thank you :)

Come up with a restrained figure that you would be relaxed with and hold your lawyer ask for that.

What kind of sentece will i seize for disordely conduct?

I'm sure at hand are some jurisdictions that differ though, because respectively state has a different statute on what it define as statutory rape.

Second, it doesn't have to gross sense. I agree that most of the laws and traditions about sex in the U.S. are sorely outmoded. Many laws are. However...it's the decree. If you want to change it, after feel free to protest, sign petitions or vote.
I cannot speak for "most states," but surrounded by California both parties would be violate Penal Code section 261.5, unlawful sexual intercourse (at these ages, a misdemeanor), and, at their ages, both could be charged surrounded by juvenile court.

ADD: Not every state calls this "statutory rape," any. Again, in California it is "unlawful sexual intercourse," and applies equally to both sexes and to race of any age.
