I NEED HELP! I have property overexploit with pictures from a sports car accident but can't find an attorney?!?

I be in a small saloon accident. Nobody be hurt, the lady who hit us fled the see and returned over 45 minutes later.

Both cars have to be immediately moved out of the road because it is such a busy interstection (as is the decree here) but I do have pictures of the wreckage in the road where on earth the accident happen. The cop decided to do her a favor (at my expense) and not ticket her because she eventually returned to the see.

Her insurance company will not cover my $2000-3000 worth of damage because they cannot draw from in touch next to her and she told the cop I was surrounded by her lane. (obviously the pictures show otherwise) The insurance company who I sent the pictures to, claim I have no evidence that the pictures are of my fluke, so they are denying my claim.

I plan to take her and her insurance company to court, but because I don't hold a physical injury (or because I did't fake one) no attorney will help yourself to the case. I know the insurance company will own one, what can I do?

My only issue near this is why would they pass a ruling saying you could embezzle road kill home? Reason would dictate you net it illegal to do it, or do nil if it was okay.
