Saggy pants?

Do you reckon it is right that they can give fines even put in prison time for wearing saggy pants?
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070916/ap_o...
Answers: I estimate that this is ridiculous. I read something about general public questioning wether or not these folks are employed or have highschool diplomas. Where does this country bring off doing that stuff? Freedom? If it ends here where on earth else will it end. I thought we be free to express ourselves. As long as the persons body is covered up explicitly all that should issue. My husband dresses that way and I find nought wrong with it. My 6 yr feeble son dresses the same opening and he gets obedient grades in university and is very respectable.

Boxers are unsophisticatedly shorts and men even wear those shorts that end at their knees (long shorts, basketball shorts, whatever). I could see those briefs or boxer briefs but not shorts/ boxers anything you want to call them. There is a fine vein between indecent exposure and being covered up. And I hold nothing wrong beside people anyone comfortable in what they wear.
It looks ridiculous
It looks gangsta
It is foolish

BUT
This is America, as long as it is not indecent, it should NOT be unofficial.
What should be illegal is population thinking they can legislate good predilection.
To each his own,
they're a short time ago kids, its a fad. I cogitate it's a stupid one, but when I was a kid, my elder thought some of our fads be too.
nope. i think that's ridiculous.
wearing your pant below your *** is silly too but if people want to wear them that means of access, it's their business. we all own the right to wear whatever we want to however we want to.
I suppose this is ridiculious. The saggy pants style have been around for years and one fined for a certain style populace like to aver is ridiculious. I think this is discriminating towards spot on cultures and unless someone is doing a crime, then they shouldn't be treated close to a criminal just because of their style of clothing.

I outstandingly disagree with this.
it's not exreme if they are jail on the pretense of "indecent exposure" like showing your butt, because depending on what state you live surrounded by, that alone is jail time.

but if you're not showing buttcrack, after it's extreme. what direction is our government going to when they start regulating what we wear.
Fines? Yes! I achieve really tired of looking at mens bootys! Maybe they think that detain time is to allow the men to take the saggy pant back to where on earth it originated.
Did you know that the saggy pant started in penal complex? It was in actuality when a man was letting other men know that he be available, he would sag his pant. This is actually how it started...research it.
Personally I infer it's gross and I don't think men know how it adjectives came to be and if they modern they were sending the signal that they be available to other men I think in attendance would be lots less of it.
I have a sneaking suspicion that they should shoot them. Sounds harsh but eventually we'll solve three trunk problems. Immigration, gang violence, and over-population.

If some one says to me that they are going to attain even with me is that a crime?

Answers: It is a vocal threat, and maybe worthy of reporting to your boss, professor, etc (I'm not sure - your question is ambiguous regarding the atmosphere of the offense)
But no, it's not a crime.
no it purely mesns that they want 2 be even

How should I ask a lost and found if they have a police decoration that was turned surrounded by?

Answers: say "hey if you present me my badge final...i will make adjectives those drug charges disappear..."
"Give me the badge or I'll shoot!"

With civil and crimal courts, do you start from the bottom and go up through every court?

eg: for crimminal would you open at magistrates then crown, divisional... house of lords?
Answers: purplepadma give a good overview of the criminal system. the Irish courts system which is what i am decipherable with is largely impossible to tell apart as the British system.
In civil law, courts own jurisdictions set by parliament contained by what they can hear, geographic, monetary and of course the type of covering. Each court has these but the High Court have national jurisdiction, a higher monetary jurisdiction and deal with specific cases such as admiralty, and other areas of specialist directive which a judge of the lower court would not enjoy expertise in.
Also formerly someone has a right of audience surrounded by a Court established by the European Union they must exhaust all the avenues of appeal within their jurisdiction.
Hope this helps.
I don't moderately understand this grill, not all criminal cases start surrounded by the magistrates and end up within the crown, summary only cases will stay contained by the magistrates court, either path cases can go to the crown court or stay contained by the magistrates depending on whether the magistrates accept jurisdiction (or whether the defendant elect crown court trial)

I don't think I've answered your press, sorry
For 90% of criminal matters, the Magistrates' Court is the just court necessary - they do the bulk of the country's criminal work. However, should you appeal a Magistrates' Court result, or elect to be tried by a jury, or should your offence be so serious that the magistrates' powers (up to 6 months' confinement and/or lb1000 fine) are insufficient, your case will be committed to the Crown Court.

Appeals against Crown Court decision go up to the Court of Appeal at the Royal Courts of Justice; the final point of appeal is the House of Lords, or surrounded by some cases the European Court.

Things are changing, however, as the administration is introducing a Supreme Court for the whole of the UK (dealing beside Scottish and Northern Irish law as economically as the law contained by England and Wales) as from 2009. This is needed so that the highest appeals court will be see as being independent of parliament - unlike the House of Lords.

What would you do if the your employee does exactlly what you enlighten them not to do. Would you warn them or FIRE

Answers: 1. Verbal alert.
2. Written warning (signed and dated by employee)
3. Written alarm outlining the consequences of what will happen if the hand continues to act unfavorably (signed and dated by employee)
4. Termination of hand.

That is how I do things, as it never hurts to have a amazingly well documented satchel when terminating an member of staff.

That being said if the member of staff was breaking the directive in anyway I would at once terminate the hand and file charges.
It adjectives depends on what they are doing. Some things, like pilfering, are more serious, and can warrant immediate firing.

You call for to document everything. If you just alert them verbally, it will be difficult to prove. It is comfortable to file an excessive dismissal lawsuit, and easy to database for unemployment.

You involve to document what they did wrong, and most importantly, what you did to help them correct the error. If the problems verbs, and you can show you tried to help, consequently you can probably fire them without anyone sued.
Depends on the nature of the incident. How disruptive/destructive be the event? Is this person typically a appropriate worker or regular screw up?

It's really a judgement ring up on your part. Either would be permissible.
depending on where you work, you most credible have to distribute them a written warning.

these are the steps at my career:
1. informal oral warning
2. formal oral admonitory
3. formal written warning
4. discern to correct
5. hearing (for suspension)
6. termination

if you've already told the member of staff what not to do, that was already the oral restrictive. I'd get something within writing by giving them a written warning. other cover your back by keeping a quality newspaper trails AND always write down detailed info everytime you own to tell them something.
First step would be to confront the hand informally and ask why they disobeyed. This will allow the issue of miscommunication to be brought out --- or any form of misunderstanding. The attitude of the employee is extremely considerable in this step.

Second step (if another incident occur, or where the attitude of the member of staff in step one be unacceptable) would be a written warning stating the grounds for the notice and the stipulation that if it recurs, the member of staff will be terminated.

Third step would be termination.
What is it? And has the hand had written discern of your instruction not to do that?

"1. What punishment will she most predictable receive?"

Do you think OJ have been a casualty of racism all his time?

Answers: No, he was treated markedly well as a football player. It have only be since the murder of his ex & friend. Most think he get off because of his achiever. The fumbling of the coroner's office didn't help out him either, but he seem guilty, which is why all the hub bub immediately. The Goldmans think money will salary for their lost child...
Yes.

Had OJ been white its imagined he would be serving time for the double murder.
Oh, yeah. Absolutely.

Other than his winning the Heisman Trophy, anyone paid millions to play football and hold sponsorships, marrying a white being, and living in a multimillion dollar mansion, and flying first class anywhere he needed to go play golf, it's be pure hell.

Speaking of his now lifeless caucasian wife, is it possible that O.J. is the racist? Just askin'.
O.J. has not be victim of anything except self a pampered athlete. The murder trial be the first time he was held to one and the same standards of behavior that apply to the rest of us. Just playing football well, does not empower him to run over society's rules.
