b) One can take full time available job of Legal officer in any firm, company or bank
c) One can opt to work in Legal out sourcing -( LPO)- those companies would provide training

e) One may opt practice for specialised fields such as Registration of Copy Rights, patent, Designs, companies, etc.---with out appearing in the courts.

I assume you mean except practice, you can branch out into compliance, a enclosed space which has grown so much because of recent law enacted. Its simular to ruling, and you don't have to do the courtroom stuff, thats what I'm looking into myself. There have be a quite a few cases where on earth a person is not convicted of murder but have to pay for damages for murdering. I own never seen anyone complaining around it except for the people who own to do the paying. That is until now.

A human being can be held financially liable for damage that party has done. Lets utter you go out and trash someone's house. You walk to court and they find you guilty. You go to prison. The citizens of the house can still sue you and get you to payment the damages. Now, lets vote that you were found not guilty on the criminal charges. Lets say aloud that the jury did not know what was going on and did not take in the evidence or that the prosecutors just did not do their opening because they thought they had it surrounded by the bag. You walk free. No prison for you. However, the people still hold a damaged house. There is adequate evidence to show that you damaged the house. They clutch you to court and in a civil suit you are forced to repay for the damages. Tell me how this situation is unreasonable.
Now, the Goldmans sued Simpson because their son was kill. It is perfectly pretty good that their son would have made seriously of money if he had lived. It is clearly understandable that the Goldmans own suffered a great loss. They deserve compensation. If you think the first example be ok, then how can this situation not be ok? Holding the company liable for sexual harrasment is probably the best way to spawn sure the company takes harrasment seriously, because very soon the higher ups know that they can be at blame if they do not help to stop the situation. 8. Limitations of Liability
You understand that Content is posted by users and that Photobucket have only set control over the Content that is made available via the Site and Services. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources. 11. Forum and Choice of Law
This Agreement will be govern by and construed in accordance near the laws of the State of Colorado, lacking regard to its conflicts of imperative rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services will be file only within the federal courts located in the State of Colorado, or state courts located contained by Denver County, Colorado. You further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
