When a lease states that a party have the power to terminate the lease at any time for any rationale...?

If you enjoy a lease that actually say this, then it can be broken for any source, does not matter what the person's intentions or "accurate faith" are.

Is it legal for a 17 year matured to switch schools on his own?
In Texas it is legitimate for a 17 year old to will home. However they can be brought back through court. Could he switch school on his own after leaving home if he is departure without parent sanction?Answers: No, you cannot leave home, at 17, short parental permission. Even within Texas. Even if you can be prosecuted as an adult. You must enjoy parental permission to devolution schools, because your parents are responsible for you.
It is not officially recognized for a 17 year old to sign out home. The fact that they can be brought support through court means it is not permitted. If it was endorsed then the courts couldn't stop it.
And no, he couldn't switch school either.
Most school have "boundary limits" that you must live inwardly to go to that areas institution. Changing schools short parental/legal guardians permission would be evil.

Different states enjoy different laws.

call your phone company and hold it turned off, report it stolen

Freedom of religion, freedom of that you should be free to share your thoughts, speech, press, petition, and assembly
well that can be debate allot
some will say that it is to protect the youth
but some will see it as a balustrade of free speech
personally i do not see how any of the ten amendments are broken
School is a erudition environment where one go to get an schooling. It is not a playroom where a student can surf the net or chat with their buds or read MySpace.
Most school have outlawed personality computers and internet access. If students had partly a brain, they wouldn't do it when told NOT to...then the directive wouldn't be necessary... But, most teeners don't hold half a brain.so the academy must make rules and law against it.
It is NOT unconstitutional to restrict internet access in college.
If they are trying to limit children's usage AT arts school (whether during class time or after school) they are allowed to do so, since from a legal standpoint they are "guardians" of the children while they are at academy. They are also within their official rights to try to encourage parents to time limit their children's access to these sites. They can NOT tell inhabitants how they may live their own lives though. If as a parent you choose to allow your children to use these sites, it is your right as a parent to do so.
2-ton airsoft guns... what are the rules about them and the ruling with have them? thanks?
Answers: Two tone guns? Now I could be wrong, but something tell me you're in the UK (as the 2 tone point is a relevant issue here). If you're not, then disregard everything else I write! ;)
In England, Scotland and Wales (note not Northern Ireland), the Violent Crimes Reduction Act 2006 Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIF's) own been made iffy to sell, create or import. And RIF is unsophisticatedly anything gunlike which could be mistaken for a real firearm (not necessarily a replica of an actual firearm - newly something gun shaped). This covers all airsoft guns.
However contained by the regulation for the act they state that any replica which is coloured at lowest possible 50% in one of a specified index of colours (bright blue, red, green, yellow etc) is classed as an Imitation Firearm (IF, not RIF).
While the mart of RIF's is illegal (with consistent exceptions) it is only private to sell an IF to someone underneath the age of 18 (yes this includes ALL colourful toy guns, water pistols etc - thank you so much Herr Blair).
A number of airsoft stores (Airsoft Direct contained by particular) have arranged to enjoy two tone guns, which fall into the IF category, built. Anyone over the age of 18 can buy these. They can also be bought by somebody over 18 and able to somebody under 18 (ie: parents).
Youll enjoy to look at your city codes. I live in KC and they are legitimate but go up north to another town and they are criminal in the city precincts. I use them as a non-lethal way of keeping racoons out of my trash.
