Is there such a entry as a marriage contract?

Someone told me in the region of this, but I don't know if it's real & endorsed or if he is just a free-thinker. He say you sign a contract agreeing to stay together for a certain number of years, at the cessation of which time you meet beside a lawyer and settle on if you do or do not wish to renew the contract.

I'm not sure what your question really is. Case precedents for what? To see if you can win the appeal (have the decree overturned)? To withdraw from the satchel? What?

Possible reasons to prevail on appeal are:

(1) Jury misconduct - that would not be found surrounded by the trial record because juror deliberations are done within secret - in that are no witnesses (other than the jurors themselves) and no court reporter (to take down the deliberations).

(2) Ineffective assistance of counsel - that would be discovered by an appellate attorney (not you, because most criminal defense attorneys do not pedal the appeals on the matters for which they defended the accused).

By prejudice contained by the case, do you stingy that the prosecutor and/or defense counsel used their peremptory challenges properly? That they didn't exclude anyone base upon a protected category (race, ethnicity, religion, etc.)?

It's my understanding they be hired by KBR, a former division of Halliburton, to oversee security for contractors working for KBR. They are a mercenary group, primarily. Members are former soldiers from nearly every military in the world, mostly Israel and American, but copious other nations too. They operate outside the tie up of US military command, and in some cases are doing job the military would normally do. They own been criticized for indiscriminate massacre, they are not bound by the Geneva convention, US military doctrine or nearly all doctrines or conventions of period of war.

They are going home: their license to operate was revoked. They do worse than gross us look stupid: they serve as excellent fodder and propaganda for the anti-war and pro-Muslim extremist crowds, and for good common sense; it's my understanding that a majority of the criticism is true. I'm glad they are going away.

The Iraqi government have just expelled Blackwater from Iraq.
