Well recently he applied at another prison out of town and they give him another T.B test..today he go to get it read and it come back possitive..he tested possitive for the assessment he doesn't Have t.b..but according to what the nurse told him he has a blemish from his past oral exam that they gave him at the prison he's working at, and the nurse say he's should have be testing possitive adjectives along and the people at the prison be just posting NEGATIVE. Does he enjoy a legal suitcase? Can he sue the prison for this health risk?
