They should get the disappearance penalty. And adjectives those people that raise that $$$ for child abduction support. Tthese two filthy parents should return all That $ posterior for their sorry thing they did.Answers: If they did it, they probably thought it would be easier to draw from away with it surrounded by Portugal.

If a company messes up on your overtime don't they HAVE to cut you a check if it's over 70$ or something ???
Any one know the laws???????????? Pertaining to Overtime and approximate checks/Answers: Depends if your Union or not and what is written in the contract. If not, and the company admit error, you may have to keep on until next discharge day.EDIT: Talk to HR department, explain your situation, its possible they may cut you a check, or recompense you from petty cash. It be a payroll error, by law they are not required to pay envelope you on the spot, but attribute the pay on your subsequent check. Again, talk to Human Resource.
That's state imperative, and without knowing what state it is, there's no method of saying.
We'd also inevitability to know how long the pay extent is, and how soon after the end of the salary period they issue paychecks.
I doubt there's any $70 threshold. Wages are supposed to be rewarded within X days of the expire of the pay length. Doesn't make any difference if it's short $1 or short $10,000, they own to pay inwardly a certain amount of time, term.
You have to be rewarded for the OT but it can wait until the subsequent pay extent.

Isn't the judicial system the wrath and vengeance of society?
I'm fairly a moral person, and this have always seem sort of quirky to me. The only point justice really serves is to soothe other people's thirst for revenge on someone they hate. Once a person's be found out, guilt is enough to bring in them hate their wrong. And if they don't consistency guilt, punishment won't truly do a thing for them.Answers: That's a truly bizarre guess. So you're saying that any the guilty will punish themselves, or they are beyond redemption, and should therefore be allowed to roam free and verbs their antisocial behavior?
Consider this - if they don't feel guilt, they are liable to verbs harming others, and deserve to be enslaved. And if they truly "hate their wrong," next they should be able to adopt society's assigned punishment for that wrong. Anything else simply allows people to avoid responsibility for their arrangements.
No, it is the basis - the judiciary is intended to shelter the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legally protected interests of parliament and society.
It is the citizenry that misuses the system, not the system that misuses the citizenry.
The penal system punishes - not the judicial system. It isn't the "wrath and vengeance" it is the toll charged for breaking the law. There are oodles entities that punish in society (schools, family, employers, peer groups). It isn't intended to instill fear - it is designed to provide consequence for actions that are not pleasing.
Guilt is not a punishment - and there are masses who aren't capable of impression it and never show any remorse whatsoever.
I disagree. On the contrary, the judiciary is a system through which we regulate and maintain instruct of the society. In Criminal Law it is said that a crime is an outrage against the state and its people. It is a breach of writ of the society. When the "people" bring forth the action against the perpetrator, the vindication is actually contained by its favor. It is then erroneous to right to be heard that justice single serves as a revenge against a defendant. Also, penalties (incarceration, etc.) serve as a money to protect the state and its people from an guilty party that has the propensity to commit crimes. An guilty party is not penalized solely to trademark him feel guilty. He is penalize for the protection of the public.
Copyright/Trademark laws?
I own a postsecondary academy and use several books to teach from. In former times I have have my students buy the books but we with the sole purpose use a few sections from respectively. My question is can I prepare from a book the students don't purchase? Can I make copies of the page we use so they can follow along or read a few sections at home within preparation for class lecture? How does copyright play into this? Thank you for your time. If possible please include a source for your answer!Answers: Fair Use and Teachers
Fair use explicitly allows use of copyrighted materials for teaching purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, coaching, scholarship, and research. Rather than fact list exact limits of reasonable use, copyright law provides four standards for determination of the generous use exemption:
1. Purpose of use: Copying and using selected parts of copyrighted works for specific pedagogic purposes qualifies as f¨ēte use, especially if the copies are made spontaneously, are used temporarily, and are not part of an anthology.
2. Nature of the work: For copying paragraph from a copyrighted source, fair use smoothly applies. For copying a chapter, fair use may be questionable.
3. Proportion/extent of the matter used: Duplicating excerpts that are short in relation to the entire copyrighted work or segment that do not reflect the "essence" of the work is usually considered fair-minded use.
4. The effect on marketability: If there will be NO REDUCTION IN SALES because of copying or distribution, the impartial use exemption is likely to apply. This is the most noteworthy of the four tests for just use (Princeton University).

Here is how it was done at a university i attended. The prof would prepare moralize notes, these could outline the schoolbook material, and provide a salient quote or two. The university held several copies of the textbook in the library for use of those students that miss a oration, or otherwise need further study. That eliminate requiring way too copious textbooks for students to purchase for a given class. Students other have the remedy of purchasing the support texts if they similar to.

Is it possible to not give your employer your SSN? How do you know if a company is legit?
Although I am not afraid to present out my SSN to my school, I am extremely iffy with giving out my SSN to my employer, especially a trial employer. It's hard to share if the company is legitimate, especially if they are a small and/or local company. I hold seen some of my friends get scammed before. I am unsure whether their misfortune be due to their own short-coming or the difficulty to detect illegitimate companies. How can you tell if a company is legit or not?Is it possible to not tender out your SSN? My previous employer was really lousy; he lost my dissertation work which had my SSN on it. Nothing unpromising has happen to me (yet), but I rather be secure than sorry.
Thanks in mortgage.
Answers: No. It isn't - they have to report your yield.
You can research a company, search the BBB, find employee testimonials, or better on the other hand - if you're unsure if a company is legit - don't go to work for them.
As stated, in that is no law which requires you to reveal your SSN to an employer. However, in attendance ARE laws which require the employer to report your returns per your SSN.
so, guess who will win that battle. No SSN no living.

Legal advice nearly testing possitive..?? please bear the time to help me out..!?
My husband have been working for a prison for 2 within a half years. Over the course of the 2 years he be working there he have a sieries of T.B. test done..They other came rear legs negative so everything be okay. Well recently he applied at another prison out of town and they give him another T.B test..today he go to get it read and it come back possitive..he tested possitive for the assessment he doesn't Have t.b..but according to what the nurse told him he has a blemish from his past oral exam that they gave him at the prison he's working at, and the nurse say he's should have be testing possitive adjectives along and the people at the prison be just posting NEGATIVE. Does he enjoy a legal suitcase? Can he sue the prison for this health risk?Answers: Whether HE have a case or not depends on the totality of circumstances. How can the second nurse, who, by the way, is NOT a physician, determine historic test results? Is she a TB Specialist? Does she know how and where on earth his TB was contracted? That the test were positive and the medical staff of the current prison former to notify him?
See where I am going? There is surely no proof or substantiated facts in your post to warrant allowed action. The best anyone can make clear to your husband is to investigate by filing a request for the previous trial results from the lab doing the testing and to also hold a separate test done at an unaffiliated carrying out tests lab.
THEN go from at hand.
I have never hear of a scar from previous TB test, and unduration has to be of a solid measure to be considered a positive reading -- objective you can have redness/ raise area but not be enough to reacting to TB.
Now - if he is presently testing positive for TB that does not expect he has TB it system he has be exposed to TB and will need to hold a CXR. He will need to enjoy a CXR instead of a skin test for the rest of the time he is required to own TB tests.
Thousands of form care workers, imperative enforcement, guards, public workers, etc are exposed to TB everyday - some convert some do not.
If he does not have stirring TB you have beyond doubt ZERO to sue about, and the genuineness is that he may have economically ben exposed to TB between his last TB audition and this one, which caused the conversion.

I ruminate that OJ is going to be behind bar where he deserves to be for a long time.
His storied football trade got him sour once, now the world of hurt will come tumbling down on him.
